Very disappointing experience
Very disappointing experience. My vehicle was recovered by 800CarGuru on 27 February after another breaking down. I was promised a quick repair and delivery, but the car has now been in their custody for more than 14 days with repeated delays and changing explanations.
Communication has been extremely poor. I received several promises that the car would be ready “today” or “soon,” but none of these commitments were respected. Even after multiple follow-ups, I still do not have a clear confirmation of the repair status or delivery time.
This situation has caused serious inconvenience and frustration. I expected professional service and transparent communication, which unfortunately did not happen.
