All Star Office is the online brand owned and operated by Warrens Office, a multi-channel office supplies group delivering office supplies and services across the United Kingdom on a next working day basis. Our mission is to help save companies, organisations, and government bodies as well as schools and colleges significant amounts of money on their office supplies expenditure. We do this in a number of ways starting with price and we are here to help you make ordering office supplies as easy as possible in our new working world. We are open from 8.30am in the morning to 5.30pm in the evening on weekdays and our freephone number is 0800 652 0685 .

I can't fault the Service
I can't fault the Service. The order was placed of Friday and delivery arrived on Monday, unfortunately the wrong item was dispatched. I received bin liners rather than the Twinings Presentation box I ordered, not a major issue.
I contacted Customer Services who were very apologetic, checked they still had the item in stock (they did) and the corrected parcel arrived this morning (Tuesday).

Difficult to rate
Unfortunately I did not receive the pen refills ordered. Having chased the order after a few days, I was told it must have gone astray in the Post and there was no further stock. However, once I had the conversation, Leah quickly sorted out a refund.

5 star who could supply the goods I needed. They were competitively priced and the order sent out the same day and received with 3 days on standard delivery. Really good service

A test for customer service - passed!
Our original order disappeared somewhere in the delivery process, but the company were very quick to sort the issue and re-dispatch. Issue solved, no drama. Very good customer service response.
