Good price!
Good price!! But considering your paying for postage to receive on the 6th working day is not great. Environmental charge, you only delivered the tyre not dispose of old one.

Hi Dean,
Thank you for your feedback.
We’re pleased you were happy with the price, but we’re sorry the delivery timescale was disappointing. We can see your order was delivered on the date selected at checkout — we offer different delivery options depending on stock availability, and when items are limited, slightly longer lead times can apply. We always aim to make this clear before purchase so customers can choose what suits them best.
Regarding the environmental charge, this contributes towards the responsible handling and recycling of tyres within the supply chain, even when disposal isn’t carried out directly by us.
We do appreciate your comments and will take them on board to improve the clarity of our communication moving forward.
Kind Regards,
Georgia

Fair transaction was a bit upset to see…
Fair transaction was a bit upset to see 4x4 tyres had added an extra charge for environment concerns, i thought we had finished with this silly ness of making the public pay extra for unexplained reasons, so no would not use this company again.

Hi Michael,
Thank you for your feedback — we’re sorry to hear this affected your experience.
The small environmental charge is applied to help cover the responsible disposal and recycling of old tyres, ensuring we minimise our environmental impact. We always aim to be as transparent as possible about this, but we appreciate your comments and will take them on board.
We’re glad the transaction itself was fair, and we hope you might reconsider using us again in the future.
Kind Regards,
Georgia
All sorted at the agreed price.
Chose the tyres at home and fitted with no question by the fitters. What more can I ask for.

Great price and very helpful.
Great price and helpful when I wanted to change the order, first class. The only negative was the time for delivery, not sure they were actually in stock. Although I have to say, for free delivery and considering the size of the things, the experience was awesome. I have no hesitation in recommending.

Great service
I needed a spare wheel for my Ford Transit Custom camper as the original had been removed, and 20" alloys had been fitted without any spare. I couldn't find a 20" second hand steel rim anywhere, so I ordered tyre and rim on their website and it was delivered two days later, balanced and ready to go. They even contacted me to ensure I had ordered the correct rated tyre! Excellent service. I would highly recommend 4x4 Tyres to anyone.

Ordered for the 1st time & will again
Ordered for the 1st time. Was sceptical about delivery times as I'm in the Outer Hebrides. But a tracking link was emailed once they'd shipped & 2 tyres delivered a day ahead of schedule. Price was better than my local garage could offer too, even with the remote delivery charge.
