There was an issue with the courier but 4 x 4 Tyres persisted and I received my order. They also reimbursed the charge for carriage and took the time to ring me and check I had received my order. Good company to deal with and the staff were excellent.

Amzing communication
Amzing communication and really friendly team. Would highly recommend. Definitely shopping here again in future. Only downside which has nothing to do with 4x4 tyres was the delivery company gives you a date but not a time frame your tyres will arrive so stuck indoors all day ahah.

Very satisfied
The products was exactly what I ordered and all had arrived in time for my appointment. I arrived 20 minuets early for my appointment and the staff started on my car immediately. They were polite, friendly, helpful and very thorough. I got the feeling that nothing would have been too much bother for them to ensure that the job was done correctly and that they would not cut corners.

Hi Richard,
Thank you for your feedback, and we’re really sorry to hear about your experience.
We can see that your order was dispatched on time from our end; however, it appears the courier delivered it a day later than your requested date. We completely understand how frustrating this must be, especially when you’re relying on a delivery arriving as planned.
Unfortunately, delays like this can occasionally happen with third party couriers, but we do take your comments seriously and will review this with DX to help prevent similar issues in the future.
We truly apologise again for the inconvenience caused. If you’re willing to give us another chance, we’ll do everything we can to ensure your goods arrive on time next time.
Kind regards,
Georgia

Hole in a brand new tyre,7 months and no collection
I ordered 5 comforcer 285 75r16s back in December, after paying to have them mounted the fitter pointed out that one had a hole in the side wall caused by a manufacturing defect. It was even circled in tyre chalk when we recieved it but crafting covered by the label, so someone knew it was there and chose to send it out. We contacted 4x4 tyres and they agreed they would exchange it for us.
Its been 7 months now, I chase them.up almost weekly at this point and every time they tell me their courier will be in contact to arrange collection. This never happens. Terrible products, terrible customer service. I will be advising people to stay clear of this company.

Uopfordret anmeldelse

Hi Lawrence,
Thanks for bringing this to our attention.
We’re really sorry to read this, as it’s certainly not the experience we aim to provide. Having looked into this, we genuinely have no record of this, and something we’d like to get to the bottom of straight away.
We take any potential manufacturing faults very seriously, and we would never knowingly send out a damaged tyre. If this has happened, we absolutely want to resolve it for you as quickly as possible.
Could you please contact us directly so we can properly investigate and action this for you? You can reach us on 01789 548815 or email info@4x4tyres.co.uk, and ask for Georgia or Chloe. We’ll personally make sure this is picked up and dealt with as a priority.
Kind Regards,
Georgia
