Good service and products.
Good service, good products. Let down, as seems to be the case more often these days, by choice of courier service. 4 wheels and tyres ordered to be delivered on specified date. Only 1 delivered on time, the other 3 sat it the warehouse presumably and delivered the next day. Not a big problem you say, but it meant giving up 2 days waiting for delivery, as courier only gives time slots from 0800 to 1700hrs.

Hi Kevin,
Thank you for your feedback — we really appreciate you taking the time to share your experience.
We’re pleased to hear you were happy with our products and service, but we’re genuinely sorry that the courier let things down on this occasion.
We completely understand how inconvenient that is, and we’re currently reviewing this with the courier to help prevent situations like this from happening again.
Thank you again for your honesty and for choosing us. If there’s anything we can assist with going forward, we’re always here to help.
Kind Regards,
Georgia
