We have use 4imprint for many years now and have always been impressed at the customer service and the finished product. I would highly recommend them for print and promotional goods. We will continue to use their services as they are reliable, and the products are of high quality.

I am the founder of a small company that has been steadily growing over the last 8 years. I called 4imprint customer service this morning as I was looking to get some stickers with my logo plus 100 pens. Initially the customer service person wasn't even listening - I could hear her typing on her keyboard at the same time clearly distracted and uninterested. When I mentioned what I was looking for she told me that they only dealt with big numbers and when asking what she might recommend for a mid-price pen I was informed to take a look myself as they sell over 400 different pens.

It is clear that 4imprint are only interested in you if you are a big company, so don't waste your time calling them if your order is deemed small.

I went on the vistaprint website; easy to navigate, great range of products, fair prices, 100 pens purchased with good communication and confirmation of order.

Working with 4Imprints is always an easy process. great website, and whats better, Dawn Lees, shes always a star, extremely helpful and responds to my emails quickly and gets me exactly what i need. Thank you

My experience with 4imprint has been disappointing and time-consuming.

What Went Wrong
• Never Received Product Samples: Despite multiple requests and confirming my address several times, I never received the product samples I requested. This should be an easy part of their process.
• Poor Print Quality: The products themselves (bags and pencils) are of good quality, but the print quality is simply not up to standard. Many items had smudges, missing letters, or incomplete prints. I estimate less than 50% of the items were “good enough” to use.
• Quality Control is My Job? I spent hours going through hundreds of items to pick out the ones that were acceptable. This is not what I expect as a customer, and I have given up. I shouldn’t have to do 4imprint’s quality control for them.
• Missed My Event: Because of these delays and the lack of reliable quality checks, I missed the event I ordered these items for. The whole point was to have branded materials ready on time.
• Unclear Resolution: Now, the items are being collected for the quality check and possible reprinting, but I have no idea what the outcome will be or how much longer this will take.

The Bottom Line
If you value your time and need reliable print quality, I would advise caution before ordering from 4imprint. The products themselves are fine, but the print quality and customer experience left a lot to be desired. Double-check everything, and don’t assume their quality control will catch issues before you do.

I hope 4imprint improves their processes.

I wish I could give less than 1 star. I have been in talks with 4imprint for weeks getting a custom logo printed mug. On 2 separate occasions I have ordered and then been told after payment and then approval that the supplier does not have the stock. Why is this not checked first instead of wasting my time. I started ordering with 4imprint beginning of March. It is now 2 months later and no products to show for it. Client is fuming now as I have been let down again and again by this company. DO NOT USE!

Thought i would give them a try but when you have been using vistaprint for years this service is slow and to much hasstle for the end user. Not impressed at all.

Ordered multiple times from 4imprint, including some of their free samples, and I've never had a problem with them. Comm's have always been 1st rate, and they have fulfilled every order placed on time and within budget.

Once again our campers were delighted with the high-quality beautiful printed water bottles we ordered from 4imprint. The ordering process was so simple, with me getting a chance to look over how my order would look before they start printing. And I couldn't find a cheaper price online!

We ordered 150 printed water bottles to give away as gifts to a college we host in our Church and Community centre. After a little confusion ( Which was probably my fault ) we received them in about a week. The quality is brill, we are really pleased with them.

Absolutely sick and tired of receiving 4imprints marketing products brochure through the post. Never signed up for it in the first place, had to request by email that it stopped - to which it did, but today we now receive yet another one.... NOT impressed at all!!

I had to make a last-minute order for a large quantity of branded merch, and Michelle Agnew and her colleagues were amazing in making sure that everything was processed and delivered in time for our conference, she was very patient with me making annoying last-minute decisions and still ensured I received everything by the cut-off date! Hugely grateful for this.

The quality of the merch was top tier and the response we received was overwhelming, 100% recommend working with 4Imprint!

The items we recently ordered were well received by our colleagues and really looked the part at our conference.

It is always reassuring to know that one can rely on 4imprint to deliver high quality products at the agreed time.

We ordered branded keyrings for our company to give away with orders. Despite being described as a UK company the package arrived directly from China and were awful quality. The printing rubbed off extremely easily. We asked to return the items for a refund given the cost was very high for such low quality. Customer service was appalling, we were told for ages they couldn't get in contact with the production factory and never received any kind of refund. Eventually gave up chasing them and took the loss. I would recommend ordering from a company with better reputation!

Responsive sales team and quick to answer any questions!

We needed some printed travel mugs at short notice for a conference. I selected from the Express options (very useful filter!) and co-ordinated with Abigail and Lisa who were really helpful. The mugs were received on the date given and were exactly as we had ordered. Everyone was very pleased and I would definitely use them again!

We've been using 4imprint for years now and the reordering process of our branded mugs is always straightforward, with a quick turnaround time and a friendly team of people on hand at all times it makes new branded purchases a breeze. Thank you 4imprint team, we will be back again!

We ordered a large number of polo shirts with an embroidered club logo.

First, the good points: the quality of embroidery of our club logo on the shirts was superb; the quality of the shirts too (Fruit of the Loom premium) was excellent. The pricing worked out at under £15 a shirt, including delivery. Our club members were extremely happy with the outcome.

The downsides were that it took a long time to get the artwork sorted out so that it could be successfully embroidered - that was mainly because we submitted artwork too complicated for the embroidery machines, but the company wasn't too proactive or constructive in helping with the necessary adjustments, and they could improve there. The order having been accepted, we were then told that some of the shirts sizes ordered weren't in stock and wouldn't be for a few months - that was a disappointment, but not a deal-breaker. Finally, we had a slight disagreement over the final price, but the company behaved honourably and stuck to their original quote, even though they'd had to do extra work owing to the problems with the logo size and complexity.

Would we use them again? Yes, on balance we would, because the end result was excellent, and our club members were extremely happy with the quality of shirt, the embroidery and the price. Interaction with 4imprint wasn't easy or smooth, but the outcome was highly satisfactory.

I found the company to be top. I have been with them for over 15 years.
Lisa is a darling and very softly spoken.
