3RDPHIX COLLECTION honestly shocked me. I ordered winter collection 1 and there must of been confusion and received the wrong order but within a few days they were so helpful and i was able to get a change for the new cosy winter 2 collection white fluffy jacket and honestly am inlove with it.

My only negative is that you don’t stock more, it would be amazing to see an endless supply of each set rather than the limited drops. Not only are the pieces made from the highest quality material but they also look so luxurious that each time I go out I get complimented. My all time go to pieces are the jumpers as I live in Melbourne and they definitely keep me warm.
The customer service I’ve experienced each drop from purchasing the clothing straight through to the fast delivery of it is absolutely second to none, I honestly can’t fault it.

Quality material for a reasonable price will be buying more in the near future

Very poor fit for such expensive items. I bought a pair of the women’s trackies, the fit were quite true to size but there was a lack of room in the butt and a weird fit around the crotch. The material didn’t sit nicely and was quite boxy.
Kinda disappointed for an expensive product with no full refund available!

The quality of this set is INCREDIBLE! So comfy & soft

Shipping was quick (even when it was the drop)
Size up if you want a baggier look as I did but if you want it normal/fitted get your usual size.

Absolutely love this brand! The quality is absolutely perfect and all the clothes are so comfy and stylish! I’ve bought pieces from every drop so far and will most likely keep doing that in future as I just love everything they bring out so much! The staff are so lovely and reply very promptly which Is very helpful.

3rdphix customer service is fantastic!! The team responds promptly and are willing to assist and answer any and all questions! An incorrect item was delivered with my parcel and 10 minutes following my email they had responded and sent the correct item that day! The best part of all is their products (Winter Collection) are hands down the best quality and are unique! and they aren't expensive! I will definitely be buying from this brand again. Xx
