From the first email 3D recruit was polite and professional and very helpful and supportive,
which continued through the interview which was very reassuring, I was able to ask about different aspects of the type of jobs that could expect and fine-tune in stages to suit my previous experience and what I hope to achieve in the future.
While the questions are to get an idea of experience, there is also a selling point for your past. current and any extra transferable skills like music, art&crafts, sports, and hobbies that may be of interest in inspiring others.
If you don't have experience in Education and are looking to break into a new role/industry then you are in safe hands.
This is a very human Agency where you feel seen and understood.

Well I’ve been with fran from pretty much the start of my journey within 3D and I must admit I have loved every second! Fran is so supportive she is always there on the other end of the phone helping others out

I’ve had a thoroughly enjoyable experience at 3D recruit, they worked quickly to get me through compliance and out to schools. Ben has been fantastic and is great at communicating with me both before and after I go out to a school. The whole process has run really smoothly and my queries have always been reassured and answered at every step ☻

Jessica has really pulled out all the stops to make sure I get the work needed. She's really helpful and does her best to seek the work for me that suits my availability. Could do with a bit more work locally.
But I've managed to settle in at a place in Brighton with a fair amount of hours.

The staff at 3D ensure I’m working at a school that’s right for me and have good communication with me.
There has been a week where I didn’t have any work, and I thought it was a bit odd. I would have liked to be more informed on why that was.

It was so easy to apply and there has always been a lot of communication so I know exactly what's happening. Jess my consultant has been incredible and every time I've been awkward with shifts and days I can work she has always accommodated them and made sure I have suitable shifts. Such a supportive employer i'd highly recommend.

The experience was so nice and had lots of fun time with our residents at larpool care home.
