Sadly I have also had a similar experience. I purchased a printer for my son last August 23. It has never worked as the nozzle doesn't print and all the filament comes out in piles. I have also contacted them, no reply. Now the website is down. Does any one know if this company is still trading? I would like to go to consumer affairs to get my money back.

I purchased a 3d printer August 23 not even a month later it ceased working I made contact with them and finally was told I'm later October that I could have a replacement heat bed THEN nothing has shown up. Countless calls and no responses also with staff leaving then that generates "oh sorry your ticket is now closed" so you don't exist and have to start the process all over again
We are now in June 2024 an again we've gotten nothing. This was a birthday present too mind you I am absolutely disgusted in the service. Robyn pretends to not even know who you are when you make several calls a week to her I mean come on

I bought a $1600 3D scanner from 3D Printers Online and it's been a disaster. Their customer service is absolutely terrible! — no response to emails or calls. No receipt or tracking details after a week of hassling. Their website seems fake, no one answers the phone despite showing a team of 13 staff members. Wish I had have read these reviews before making the purchase. Avoid this company!

They are super helpful and responsive when purchasing your printer but once you make the purchase they just completely ignore your emails and phone calls.
For over 4 weeks now I have been calling and emailing them seeking assistance on a warranty claim with my 2.5k printer I bought from them brand new and I have received absolutely no response!
I paid more to purchase my printer from this Aussie business because I wanted local after sales support but instead I have gotten absolutely ZERO support.
I'm actually quite shocked with how appalling the after sales customer care is. What ever you do, DO NOT BUY FROM THIS BUSINESS!!
Selling faulty products with defects
We ordered an advertised product (3D printer), which we received with the defect. It got returned, and we wasted 1 month in just communicating with them.
The customer service is appalling, and they don't return calls or emails. They are untrained, understaffed, and poorly managed.
Last but not least, we are still waiting for the refund! Never ever had we experienced such a poor service.

I had a product that failed in the first few weeks. I had a few back and forth calls/emails with 3dpo. In the end I received a full refund without having to send the faulty product. They genuinely cared, and were frustrated by their little service mishaps in handling the case.
Order not received, no refund, no updates
Ordered a printer last year, which failed to arrive. Emails requesting refund were not answered. I finally got through to someone on the phone and they said they'd have to clear a refund with management — no further response, and no response to subsequent emails.

Ordered a printer on 21 Nov 2023. Printer was advertised as "ready for immediate dispatch". When the printer failed to arrive by Dec 14 I contacted them, was given a tracking number and assured it was on the way. When it failed to arrive after that, I interrogated the tracking data with the transporter, only to find it was linked to a different order and not related to me. Customer service then became un-contactable for 2 weeks, followed by me getting through on 8 Jan 2024 and receiving another assurance it was on the way, that they had "have now opened a Case with Star Track and will keep you updated when they call me back" (they didn't the first time apparently for some reason?) along with the fact that there was nothing else they could do. Fast forward to 19 Jan 2024; no updates, no items - scam is the only conclusion I can draw at this stage :(

Lost my order, had to call them repeatedly to get a refund. They don’t answer emails, and it took dozens of calls to get someone to answer the phone. When I finally did get someone on the phone, she was rude, slow, and took two weeks to process my refund.

This company is a joke. 1 week in and no one will contact me with any information. no tracking no nothing. I have spoken to 4 different people and each one says they will get back to me but guess what . No one gets back to you
Poor Communication
Trying to follow up on a preorder since early to mid-June. Complete lack of response to enquiries via their webform, chat bot, support email and phone number. Understand the information may not be available, but I'd atleast expect a response letting me know that
Partial Refund Shipping Scam
Ordered from them twice and twice now 3DPO had refunded time critical parts on little notice, First time they atleast had the courtesy to tell me why, something about the warehouse and inventory not lining up.
Second time I just got the generic "Your order has been refunded" message, except they only refunded one item, still charged $20 for shipping (FOR 4 BED CLAMPS AND 2 NOZZLES!) and didn't tell me in any meaningful way that this had happened! Imagine my chargrin when the TIME CRITICAL HOT END arrived and was infact MISSING from the box? Already had the machine down for a week, which has cost me well over $600 in revenue, and now I have to wait another week for another hot end from a far more reputable and honestly still cheaper company.
What the hell am I supposed to tell my clients? Do you really think they'll believe it when I tell them "your order is still in queue"? AGAIN?
And do you think there's an easy way to contact the company? An email or phone number on the order, even a feedback button? No! This company doesn't want to hear it, they know what they're doing.
I'm not mad, I'm just really disappointed, Do better.

Terrible customer service and communication
Not a great buying experience. I bought a 12k printer and the communication was terrible. The sales manager didn't return calls and showed a lack of professionalism and knowledge of the printer/industry. The website wasn't up to date with the info and they just changed their story so they didn't have to supply what was on the website (in the box). There was no tracking number provided for the delivery, the courier never notified me of the delivery and it would have been left in the rain if my partner wasn't there. No follow up call to see how everything is with my purchase. Overall it was a very disappointing process and I would not recommend.
3DPO deleted my review over the sermoon v1 pro
I wrote a review on the website in regards to the creality sermoon V1 Pro and they deleted it because it was unfortunately a negative review, so here it is.
the creality sermoon v1 Pro is by far the worst printer I have ever had, it absolutely should not be sold for anymore than $150. never mind a $699 price!
it can't print faster than 15mms because of the small bed design and been supported only on one side.
it can't accurately be levelled due to this and you will never get a good first layer.
the spool holder is in the worst place and puts to much of a kink in the line and causes the extruder to struggle to draw filament.
those two basic issues make the printer unusable for any level of accuracy. this should not be sold.
My least favourite 3D printer parts still supplier…
3DPO has become a supplier of last resort for me… and I’d need to be really desperate. Any warranty issues with these guys and all the do is proxy your request to the manufacturer. They won’t replace from their own stock and they won’t respect your consumers rights under consumer law so you might as well just go through eBay or AliExpress. I’ve purchased over 300 3D printers for clients over the last 11 years and I repeatedly have had the worst experiences with 3DPO.

Purchased a CR10-S V2 Pro - item arrived with bent gantrys that meant item could not even be assembled. Additionally of the 3 filaments I purchased, one was incorrect.
It is over a week later and I have had to follow up nearly every day to ask what is going on - with excuses ranging from they don't work on weekends - to the customer staff member is not in today, to covid is affecting our ability to respond.
Regarding the gantry frame issue I had a friend assist to rectify and is now remedied - although spending almost $1000 should not require self-remedy.
Once you've given this company your money, you are obsolete to them.

Absolutely TERRIBLE service
Absolutely TERRIBLE service. Customer guy "Rodney" insisted he was the highest up in the company, and nobody else would help me. He was arrogant, rude and dismissive. Once this company gets your money say GOODBYE to any kind of after sales service. Absolutely terrible!!! Do NOT waste your money!!!!! When he tried to make out my enquiry (my 5th with no resolution) was going to be dealt with "When we have time"...4 days AFTER I submitted it, I had to raise my voice to speak - he kept speaking over me - he then took this as an opportunity to try and hang up the call. These guys are just a warehouse, that packs and sends other peoples product, with ZERO service. If I can't get any resolution, I will take them to small claims.
