Bought a printer
Bought a printer, changed my mind, didn’t even opened the box. I asked to return it and explain that I hadn’t even opened the box, then they didn’t replied saying
“I completely understand your situation and appreciate you taking the time to contact us. However, as outlined in the Terms of Service agreed to at the time of purchase, and in accordance with QIDI’s return policy, 3D printers are not eligible for return or refund once used.”
In which I replied reinstating that I not used the printer or even open the box.
No response
Then I sent another email stating why I had changed my mind
No response
Then I sent a question mark
Finally they responding saying this
“We responded to your email on October 27, 2025. Here is my previous response to you:
I completely understand your situation, and I appreciate you reaching out. However, as outlined in the Terms of Service that were reviewed and agreed to at the time of purchase, QiDi 3D printers are not eligible for return or refund, regardless of whether the box has been opened or not. This policy is set by the manufacturer and applies to all QiDi printers sold through any authorized reseller, including our store.”
Changing the words from “once used” to “regardless of whether the box was opened or not”
Sketchy company, horrible experience. There was no part of the purchase or cart summary, highlighting such important details, they hid it on the “Terms of Service”
Would never recommend such practices from a business.
