I had been searching for a perfect asset on different platforms for a while and finally found it on 3DModels. The price was great and the service was even better. Lots of options and the entire process was easy. I'll definitely be using them again.

The model purchased was good and provided with multiple formats.

I bought the white starline budle about a month ago when i got them i was very impressed they are well worth the wait exquisite workmanship very detailed

Model was delivered within requested timeframe. Quality was better than anticipated given the limited reference material available. Would definitely use again.

Highly Detailed and realistic Models

The model was decent quality, but without textures. It wasn`t a problem for me, but its good to know before downloading. The rest is cool :)

Review of 3D Models' Services
Our experience with 3D Models' services has been highly disappointing, and I feel compelled to share our story to caution others, especially those in the automotive sector who depend on timely and precise deliveries.

Missed Deadlines and Financial Loss

We paid R$1200 on May 8 to receive a high-poly modeled vehicle interior by May 29, as stated on their site and in their email confirmation. However, the model and UV mapping were delivered together a week late on June 8. This delay forced us to hire local 3D modelers at an additional cost of BRL 4,620 ($864.34) to meet our contractual obligations, leading to a total expenditure of over BRL 13,134.62 ($2,457.32) for modeling services. The late delivery resulted in presenting substandard material at a major event, causing significant embarrassment and potential harm to our reputation.

Poor Communication and Inflexible Negotiation

3D Models' customer service is slow to respond and inflexible in negotiations. Despite multiple requests, they refused to minimaly compensate our loss caused by their late delivery. Their lack of accountability and unwillingness to negotiate or compensate for the delay is unacceptable.

Product Quality Issues

While their ready-made models are of good quality, they may have measurement errors. Additionally, they do not offer refunds if the model does not meet customer expectations. When we ordered a low-poly version of an automotive interior, it arrived first in poor quality. It took an additional 1 week to receive a second version, which was still unusable as it was delivered past our deadline.

Inconsistent Delivery Times

Their advertised delivery times are unrealistic, and they frequently miss their stated deadlines. This inconsistency suggests that they prioritize larger clients and neglect those with smaller budgets.

Final Recommendation

We will no longer use 3D Models' services and advise caution for anyone in the automotive sector or those with strict deadlines. Their lack of reliability and poor customer service make them a risky choice for critical projects.
