3Dental Anmeldelser

Went to 3Dental Aungier Street as it’s central and convenient. Bright, modern, clean premises. Very friendly and efficient staff. Very thorough checkup with dentist and cleaning with hygienist. They spotted 2 fillings needed and active gum disease. Great attention to detail and very professional throughout. I’ll be going back to them for future dental needs

had a deeply disappointing and distressing experience with 3Dental Galway that I feel compelled to share. I initially sought dental treatment at this clinic for an implant, and I was put on a payment plan for the procedure. I paid €2200 upfront and agreed to pay the remaining balance in monthly installments of €199.

However, during my appointment to have the implant completed, the doctor unexpectedly and without my consent removed the implants. This left me in a state of shock and distress. When I asked for an explanation, I was told I had to pay the remaining balance in full immediately or leave the clinic. This felt completely unfair and unjust, especially as I had been following the agreed payment plan and had even paid an additional late fee for a missed payment, which I had explained and resolved prior.

I was also informed that the clinic would no longer accept the agreed-upon payment plan, and I was refused any further treatment or appointments. This was a major breach of our agreement, and I felt completely disrespected and disregarded as a patient.

To make matters worse, after this incident, I noticed that payments were still being deducted from my bank account, even though the treatment was not completed. I tried to address this with the clinic, but my concerns were not taken seriously.

I am extremely disappointed by the way I was treated, and it has caused me significant emotional distress. I would strongly caution others to carefully consider this clinic before proceeding with any treatment. Based on my experience, I feel that I was treated unfairly, and I have been left with unresolved issues.

My daughter has just completed her orthodontic treatment with Dr Paul O’Connell in Limerick. Paul was very professional, patient and a perfectionist which ensured amazing results and a delighted smiling girl. We have now started treatment for our son and we are already delighted with the progress. I highly recommend 3Dental!

The staff at 3Dental were incredibly helpful and friendly. The clinic was spotless, everything was well-organized and timely, so there was no long waiting around.

All my 3 kids have gone to 3 Dental for their braces and the experience has been nothing but excellent every time. Dr. Paul O’Connel and his staff always go above and beyond to make sure the kids feel relaxed and comfortable during the visits. On top of that… the fact that all the services are on the same premises and they are always on time and on target makes it hard to beat. I highly recommend this to anyone looking for a great dental practice.

My teenage son has been attending Dr Paul O'Connell at 3Dental for Orthodontic works for 18 months. From the outset the service he has received has been excellent. Dr Paul's extremely approachable manner reassured my son and has made the process seamless. When we arrive for his appointments the front of house staff are always polite and professional. Then Dr Paul always has a few friendly words for my son and explains to him what the upcoming procedure will entail.
Even in the event of needing to make an unscheduled visit, when one of the brace fixings was dislodged, this was not a problem and he was seen within 1 day to reapply the fixing.
Overall, the facilities, staff, payment options and professional clinicians are top class.
For teenagers and parents who may be apprehensive of getting orthodontic works done, I would highly recommend all at 3 Dental for professional advice and work.

Thank you.

I have been attending 3Dental for the past three years, and I couldn’t recommend them enough. Dr. Paul O’Connell has been looking after me, and his professionalism, attention to detail, and friendly approach make every visit a positive experience. The staff are always welcoming, If you’re looking for top-quality dental care, 3Dental is the place to go!

Fantastic experience from start to finish.
Reception staff very friendly and helpful and the dentist put me totally at ease. Dr Paul O’Connell was very informative and explained everything in detail. Really happy with the result, will definitely be back!

Simona is unbelievable to deal with an absolute protectionist - Had the same experience with her everytime - Would highly recommended her work x

I have appointment for general checking 11:30 and PRSI scale and cleaning for 12:00. 11:55 I went to the Reception for ask the general checking cancellation because my next shedulded appointment is coming and they told me they cancelled my cleaning appointment what I don't ask and they did and they told me they cancelled for customer request what wasn't true. So they just cancelled my appointment just for no reason and didn't informed me also I waited e9 minutes for nothing.Really bad experience and not trusting company!

Apt earlier this month, needing 2 bridges, neither dentist nor dental nurse could give me a quote, kept leaving the room to talk to admin, both talked in a different language literally over me face, whist being clearly unsure ++ on my quote of over €3,300. Quote not broken down, not explained, not justified. Never going back

I had 2 crowns, 1 cracked tooth repair and 2 fillings done in the last few months by Joanne, my experience was pain free, the temporary crowns were so well installed she had trouble removing then, Joanne was very reassuring, professional and friendly, She has restored my trust in Dentists, I have already recommended her to my family and friends,

I came to 3dental for looking to enhance my smile with composite bonding. Simona was so helpful from start to finish making sure I was happy with every decision we made. Can’t thank her enough!!

Excellent 👌 Very Friendly. Brilliant Service :)

I cannot recommend Dr Andrea Uribarri highly enough at 3Dental in Galway. From the start of my all on 4 implants journey to the final fitting has been an amazingly easy journey. I was told by my own dentist I had no hope of getting implants and to just deal with wearing dentures. From my initial consultation on 09/05/23 for all on 4 top I`ve enjoyed nothing more than absolute professionalism by every staff member. I had such a brilliant experience, I returned and had all on 4 bottom teeth done. The investment I made was worth every cent. I would not hesitate to recommend Dr Andrea to anyone looking for a kind, caring, friendly, professional person in every aspect of her work. I felt totally at ease and have no hesitation in giving a 5 * review. I`d give higher if it was possible! Thank you Dr Andrea for everything and I sure will miss seeing you and the team.

I recently attended 3dental Dublin for their Smile in a day, I was quite apprehensive going in, but Dr Xavier and his team put me at ease explaining the whole procedure from start to finish. And I am absolutely delighted with the end result. I would recommend 3dental to anyone considering this treatment.

Went In today for emergency appointment 75 euro sat in the chair for 5 mins got some cheap ass tempory filling put in I understand it’s temporary and won’t last long but was told it would last at least 3 weeks before I got something permanent done which was gonna be in 3 weeks the thing lasted an hr and fell out rang to try and get something done about it was told no point it won’t hold it might fall out again didn’t refund my money . I had other money down towards a crown and other things to be done I took that money back and won’t be going back. They lost out on a couple of grand from me for 75 euro they should have refunded me for shoddy work and lies by Simmona. Place is a joke. The girls at reception are nice enough and do their best . Cancelled my daughter’s appointment also she was getting braces . Your loss 3 d dental.
