RIPPED OFF- called 3D out as recommended by my local garage as I was having issues starting my van. Gary came out and made a new key, which made the central locking, lock and unlock on its own. He told my wife its not the key and he couldn't do anything and that she should disconnect the battery, charged £48.50 and promptly left.
I've since sold/scrapped the vehicle as it wont start. The guy came, took 1 look at it and said the key is faulty, he took the van away and an hour later contacted me to let me know that the new key he made is working and there are no issues with the immobiliser or central locking and that I've been ripped off by 3D. Thanks to 3D he'll make between £500 and £700 for the cost of making a new key, which he normally charges £40 to supply and programme and I've lost between £500 and £700.
I would most definitely NOT recommend these people to anyone, not even my worst enemies.
Ps one star rating is overrating them.

I phoned the company for a quote and had my replacement keys by dinner time the following day. Excellent service and very reasonable prices.

Brilliant service, saw the van and spoke to the driver Glen about getting a spare key. He couldn't have been more helpful, told me what he could provide and cost, and sorted it for me straight away - then tested it to show me it all worked - even provided a spare fob battery

Now in possession of an aftermarket Ford Focus proximity key, that's actually better quality than the original!

Glen was a great guy. Very friendly and very good at his job. The job was done very quick and got there exactly the time that he said. Would highly recommend to anyone and I will always use if needed again. Many thanks to the team at 3D autokeys and thank you glen a job well done.

Called for a quote on the phone for lost keys came within a reasonable amount of time and did the job quickly and efficiently for half the price of the main dealer.

Rang up the 24th to accept a quote to have dead locks fitted quoted the day before, now find out on the 30th they need to order them in and wouldn't be able to do them until the 3rd when i'm already back at work! (Was told they have everything in stock previously.) Dealt with Emma and another girl who refused to give her name who were incredibly rude, recommend to look elsewhere and not waste your time.

Sent email to make booking so far so good,got a reply within two days then followed by a phone call booked for a Saturday morning 8 til 12. The head office rang me to change the booking to a different day but I insisted I needed Saturday so the lady on reception said the technician will be with me around 10 o'clock in the morning but he will ring half hour before coming I waited until 10: 30 then phone the office and left a message to ask when the technician was coming to me I then again followed with another phone call at 11: 30 to say if he's not here by 12 I've got other things to do two phone calls went to answerphone and at no point did I get a reply and still have had no email confirmation from 3D autokeys to apologise for either not turning up or not returning my calls to say otherwise since then I have used a different company and have got my new remote as normal thought but for less than the price quoted 130 I got a remote done for £100.

Cannot fault service. Needed a spare key for my sister's bmw, a few companies stated that they could not do that model, but 3d auto keys quoted a great price, and came round the next day to sort it.
Technician was very professional, got the job done on half an hour, all working no problem.

Used this company and was really helpful. They offered me a cheaper alternative for me to buy so I could still have the same key but about 80 cheaper. They came out (for free) and rang me before they got here to tell me they were on their way. A really polite man came to the door I gave him my key and within 30mins he came back it was all done.
I then gave my grandad their number and they sorted it all out. He has a funny car which has unique codes but they said they wouldn’t know if they could do it until they got there. They came out and basically they couldn’t do it. They didn’t charge him and he was really happy with their services. Perfect.
(Had another key company before and they were rude, neglectful of customers and didn’t care so it was a refreshing change)
