The same problem as most other people. Awful quality, labelling coming off after 2 washes. Only offering up to 20% refund. Don't use them. No uk return as stated. China!

Bought a chelsea shirt for my son , it was to small so I wanted to return it a buy the next size up . The bigger size wasn't available so I purchased .
On contacting 365 about returning the item , they offered to give me 20% refund and I could keep the shirt . I explained several times over many emails I don't want a shirt that doesn't fit . Eventually I was told I could send it back to China . That's a no . Postage was crazy . I asked to return it to the UK based site . No . China . I said I'm not sending it to China unless you provide a pre payed lable . Again . No .
I've ended up with a shirt that's no good and a measly 20% refund
Terrible customer service . I did read the return conditions it sounded easy . I didn't expect to be ripped off .

Why do you have products available on your website when they are not actually available? Bought a set, paid for it, and surprise after few days you offered me something else cause what I ve chosen was old set…. So why was available if is not!!!! Still waiting for refund

Awful item and customer service. Address on website shows London but item sent from china. Have repeatedly tried to get details to return for a refund. Have been offered 5%,10% and then 20% to keep the item. I’ve explained I don’t want the item as it is damaged and such an awful copy but now being ignored. DO NOT waste your money on this company.

The customer service person is not a person. It’s an automated response each time that does not help or answer the questions you want. Would avoid! If having problems like me is impossible to get help.

Absolute disgraceful service, scam company no doubt. After the first shirt they sent me came with incorrect printing, they sent me another one. This shirt has arrived with very poor stitching where they clearly attach fake adidas stripes to the sleeves. The shirts arrive with tags but are 100% fake. Avoid this company at all costs if you are after genuine, good quality merchandise! Communication is terrible. The refund policy clearly states they issue return labels for damaged goods but they just ignore this and continue to say they don’t supply return labels and return shipping is at the customers cost. All communication is with someone called ‘Emma’ but this is clearly a front. All numbers are fake and although there’s a UK address this is also a lie. DO NOT USE this company!

I ordered a football top on 28th November, I was informed it is on its way, on12th December I had a shop app notification to say tried to deliver on 11th December, but has been returned to sender, I was at home all day, I've emailed you for explanation and so far have no reply. Please sort this out, I will have a refund if can't be delivered before Christmas.. thanks Linda Thompson

I was slightly sceptical ordering of this company , was not sure how long the delivery would take or what the quality of the clothing would be like , got the delivery with in two weeks and was very pleased with the packaging and quality of the items , very happy , I haven't given five stars as I have not seen how the items wear and wash up , for the money well worth it .

I have emailed and they don't reply with the correct info them because I don't have shipping details. The Shop app says the shipment is being prepared. But it suppose to come today or tomorrow!

Company is either scam or bad business. Purchased advertised jersey, but came back after couple of days 'no longer in stock' but this one is in stock. Rejected offer and requested refund at which point bank details requested in reply email. Customer service agent 'Emma'. Do not provide bank details.

The t shirt wos fine. But they forgot to add the number to top. So av had to buy an extra no, to iron on.

Really pleased with the quality of the top purchased and great price. I was a bit sceptical as I hadn’t bought from this shop before but would definitely buy again for more football tops.

The order came quickly with good tracking info. However even though I ordered older size for 8 year old. Small size. Repeatedly asked for return label and address as they say in refunds policy. Got instant replies but questions not answered. Eventually got return address to China cost about £15 to return. !!!!

Told me my item was out for delivery 3 days after the order was placed then 3 days later I got a email to say my items was out of stock a week after I ordered it!
But yet item is still available to buy online!

Have requested the refund 3 times now. Still no acknowledgement.

*EDIT* a week later even tho still no refund they sent me a email to say my items was back in stock and have been posted!!! Well guess what. No items no refund and no communication with them! Bank is now investigating. Also all contact numbers etc are FAKE

Placed order for kids tracksuit on 23.10.24 still has not arrived13.11.24. They do not reply to emails and won’t acknowledge any contact to date …. This is now fraud as won’t respond or enable a refund!!! I also did not know company based in China as suggested UK based. Avoid at all costs as they have stolen my money!
Trustpilot France have a warning of fake reviews please search wider re this companies fraud… I don’t want anyone to loose money!!

Honestly so suspicious - no information on shipping whatsoever after over a week and every single 5 star review comes from weird fake seeming names of people who have literally left this one review and that’s it. Hoping to receive my order extremely soon because honestly red flags everywhere

Qrdered the PSG 23/24 third kit, and it looks amazing! The quality of the stitching and material is top-notch. Delivery took about a week, but worth the wait. Will be back for more.
