Easy return procedure.
I ordered a wedge, then someone finally handed my lost wedge in at the golf club so I didn't need the one that I had just purchased.
They have sent me a prepaid shipping label to send the wedge back to them and say that they will refund my purchase.
If this all happens, which I feel it will, I really couldn't have had better service.

Amazing Scottish Golf Trip
We just returned from a trip to Scotland. The itinerary was perfect. We played in St. Andrews and in the Highlands. The key to our trip was our guide Neil. He was always there when you needed him, and managed to be nearby for all our needs during the 7 day trip.

Received the wrong model hybrid from online…notified customer service (twice)…absolute silence. Never again, so many more good used club vendors.
Horrible website
I haven't even been able to access the website since every time I press the link it sends me to a page saying 406 Not Acceptable openresty. Horrible website, probably a dodgy company if their website doesn't even work!.
It worked once and I was impressed with what they had to offer, but I haven't been able to open it since!!!.
2ndSwing is the Best!
2ndSwing has great products and customization options, but more than anything 2ndswing has the BEST customer service in the second-hand golf equipment space. After one of the five clubs I ordered from 2ndswing was lost in the mail, they immediately reached out and provided a replacement club that was even nicer/better than the one I initially ordered at no additional cost. And took it upon themselves to file a FedEx claim, updating me throughout the entire process. Oh and did I mention all of this occurred within the same day that the lost club issue came to light?

Ordered the clubs returns no so good
Ordered the clubs. That process was fine. Went through a 20 questions or so about my swing speed, etc. Did a great job. However when I received clubs, not too thrilled w/them Sent them back was charged 20% restocking fee. I played a round w/the Paradyms. Liked them didn't love them. Sent them back. I polished clubs and even bought goofy-looking head covers for the irons. They weren't mine yet so wanted to take extra care of them. Sent them back. Paid $905 plus tax (956 total). Onley received refund of $758. A courtesy called would've eliminated this review. But no call back. IF you love the clubs this place is as good as any. If you don't, not so much.
Great Service
Received a 2nd hand Cleveland Halo hybrid I wanted & saw online with 2nd Swing. Arrived in perfect condition, really well wrapped in a specially designed box. Tried it & it’s just the club I want. FedEx dispatch arrived all that way in only a few days. My only gripe would be the $99 delivery fee. Other eBay sellers charge less than $50 - so it will discourage other eBay customers in the UK. However - this is just the club I wanted - it’s no longer made & I’m very happy with it & the excellent & very prompt service from 2nd Swing.

Nothing but good things to say. I ordered online and didn’t actually visit a storefront. Prior to ordering, I had a technical question about a putter I found on their website. I used their text message help line and was immediately responded to. My question was quickly answered after the technician did a little research. I felt the club was very fairly priced. With the upgraded grip and shipping direct from the manufacturer, the club would have cost me over double to get new. I can tell this putter has hardly been used. I ordered the club on Friday, it shipped out that same day, and it was delivered Monday afternoon. It was well packaged. The condition score that they gave it (9.0/ above average) seemed very accurate to me. Now I just need to get to a course and go use it. I will 100% be getting my next clubs from them (even if I want something new, which they have) based on the customer service and prompt delivery. Well played 2nd swing.

I had a fitting with Alex Wardle at the Delaware store. He was really amazing. He really listened, he really explained things well, and he was very creative in how he assessed my unique needs.
He didn't try to "sell me" on a club, on a philosophy, or play guru. He accurately assessed my needs and made suggestions and we tried them out. His understanding of my, dare I say, peculiar, swing proclivities, was spot on. And, his accurate assessment was proven by the data.
Very knowledgeable, clearly into what he does, and very articulate.
I'm going to return for another fitting for putter and woods :) Big Fun!
And, I will most likely get a store credit for what I just bought and get an upgrade. Fabulous experience and a great return policy as well. Class act!
Great service bought a at home grip…
Great service bought a at home grip replacement at Acadamy sports, and it did not work. I came in on my lunch break to get my club regripped and without any problem they took care. Customer service is great and will go back to get my wife clubs. Definitely will bring the rest of my clubs.

He took his time with me, tried many options before we settled down on that one putter. My new putter is a perfect match for me, i shot my lowest with my first round with it. highly recommend

Wrong club shipped and shipping deadline missed twice!
I ordered two used clubs for my wife and paid for guaranteed shipping in 2 business days.
- The clubs arrived in 3 business days and one of them was wrong as it was incorrectly described on the website.
- Called and ordered a replacement club and confirmed that shipping would be 2 business days.
- Replacement club scheduled to arrive on 3rd business day.
Two lessons: Be very wary of the website club descriptions and do NOT pay for expedited shipping as they do not deliver.

Brian was fantastic and knowledgeable and answered all my questions with confidence. I was looking for a TaylorMade driver. He asked background questions to come up with the best suggestion for me and deferred me from bad advice from friends that do not know as much. He was patient and took the time to explain and work with a 30+ handicap golfer.
