Illegal compagny in Canada
Hello,
I had taken out a loan of $250 with them, and at the time of the debit my bank blocked the debit because this organization is fraudulent and does not have a license to operate in Canada. So I'm going to pay them back the $250 I borrowed, which is normal, but without the fees. So don't do business with them.

It was good on the first loan
It was good on the first loan. But now I'm re-loaning and it seems like they've just gone away....no response at all from emails or contacting them AFTER I've signed the contract and sent the proper documents.
It's been almost 3 days now without a reply.
Just process it already

Rip off
They say no credit checks! Not sure that is true! 500 cost me almost 900 payback and then they also charge a fee for depositing your money! E-transfer are free so what the b**k this company is worst than a payday loan. Do not use them… if you’re in a bind I get it but it’s not worth it! Trust me… this company is a rip off and uses personal loan references to upcharge your ass. I will never use this company again!! Happy I will no longer deal with them…

I do like that they have been very patient and not rude to me cause I couldn’t pay as expected unfortunate I lost my job then my house. I’m paying back when I can but the tho g I don’t like is how they are obviously not lisenced in Alberta you can not charge more than $15 on $100 legally. I will not be paying the extra charges they charged me so just beware of that. Other than that they have been somewhat treating g me with respect still.

READ YOUR CONTRACT, Frist off I applied on a Thursday, all was OK at first. Friday morning I was advised the my application was approved, however when they sent me the approval they were already closed as there is a 2hr time difference than I am. Now I have to wait till Monday, eventually my money was deposited but it wasn't until Monday evening. Note they will call your reference and have you call from your personal phone and work phone. Now the one thing I am unhappy with is at first look at the contract it looked good, then I get the payment schedule in a separate email which was different then the one in the contract and I see a extra $225 in the pay back, looking over the contract again and I see you are paying a 3rd party company this "fee" to process your application. With that being said, this is actual pay pack amount is illegal in Alberta and I assume that's why they call it a "fee" so with this I am disappointed and will not be using this company again. My $500 is now $750 to pay back when I could have went with a Alberta company and paid back $540 only based on our laws. I will pay this back but will not use this company again.

it started out rough. wouldnt reply to anything after I signed the loan contract and no money but after a lot of emails they finally replied and promised I’ll have it very soon!! And said they baked up with what has Ben going on in Canada and that he’d move me to the top of there priority list and that I get it soon but I ended up canceling I couldn’t wait any longer and my circumstances changed so didn’t need it anymore so the started out good then it was looking rough then it got promising in the end but backed out so that is why I’m only giving 3 stars there not good and there not bad they are so so not sure what I think of them

company reached out to me via Text Message and we are able to try again and everything went smoother this time since the previous time, everything was done quickly and effectively, i do wish that the company had a phone number instead of email and text messages since you do always connect with different advisors and i believe that is one of the main reasons why there is issues and confusion.
Slowest and most unresponsive company ever dealt with , everything started off good until after you sign the contract , all communication stops and you dont receive any funds. There was lots of back and fourth during the whole process and has not gotten any better, i sent an email to cancel my lian contract since i havent received any funds from them and still get cant a hold of anyone , including their email. Be cautious with this company !!

They are absolutely horrible, it has been 3 days trying to find out where my loan is. I was approved and signed the contract and have just been waiting with no response from then. So now I have to pay back a loan I never received

Horrible company will respond to emails…
Horrible company will respond to emails at 3 am to confirm a loan but will no longer reply when you try to cancel the loan. Do not trust these people they are scammers getting rich off people in hard times.
