This is a great service. The customer service is top notch. I have reached out to them several times and they address my concern quickly. I would recommend them to someone interested in sports.

I've been with 247TVStream now for 3 years. Haven't missed an NFL Game, Showtime is a plus, sports around the world. The support team is great to work with and the price ..... well you can't beat the price for the number of channels, and did I mention NFL :D

Great customer service...

My college football team was supposed to be playing on NCAAF channel 15. Something was weird with programming and a different game was on. I did a "live chat" with Jack, and he got a hold of whoever is in charge of putting games on and they switched over the game. Pretty cool.

I like the service on my computer, BUT I wanted it on my tv also. It is not a smart tv and I asked how I could do it through their chat. I was told I needed a tv box and to fill out the info on their chat box. It would not take my name and address and after that all I got was the runaround. There ability to solve problems is awful.

Had a lot of buffering until Jack suggested I switch to google chrome browser, streaming service is great and worth every $. Love the VoD nfl channel, 49ers play to late to view live now that I live in NC🤗🤗

I would give negative stars if I could. This is a scam. Website makes you think you are signing up for something else. Then you can't cancel or get refund. Will contest with bank. Big hassle.

I renewed my subscription for a year but it didn't show up properly in my account. So I used the chat and Ovi fixed it right up. Thank you, Ovi for the great customer service!

I understand you want to make money but if your service is not living up to the hype and you have a 100% GUARANTEE REFUND. Maybe you would actually give refunds instead of making it so difficult just to submit a refund request by email. Get a return email asking if you have talked with live chat yet, then try this or this etc, etc. You never get a refund because they keep giving you the run around for the 7 days needed to request the refund. It would be nice if they had negative stars on this rating system. Like I said they just give same responses even in reviews. No my problem hasn’t been resolved, I asked for a refund and you have yet to deliver it. So you don’t actually have a 100% money back guarantee. Reported to BBB and law enforcement.

Subscribed in error (thought it was a different website). Immediately after I entered the card number, I had issues logging in. I used chat support, they reset and I advised I needed to cancel. Rep denied giving me the cancellation process. Continued to ask me the same question of why I wanted to cancel. After 15-20min of the rep not providing the steps, I have had to file a dispute with my cc. Do not subscribe! Horrible customer service.

Simon fixed my issue quickly, no issues.
