These people are scam artists - stay well away from them The system used to work but it has a glitch and they refuse to refund my subscription

I was not able to get this on my LGTV. I tried for hours the day I signed up for the service speaking to the chat and support team through email. I finally asked to refund my money and they just continued sending me the same email to fix the problem with my TV. The website says 7 days. I asked for a phone number to speak to someone to cancel. They never responded except to give me the same instructions to fix my TV. I’m on day 4 trying to get my refund. I DO NOT RECOMMEND!!

Total scam. Works on laptop but not on a TV no matter how smart it is. Refund requests were denied until legal action was sought. Stay away from this firm. CRIMINALS.

All I got was pausing even after trying Chrome. Then I order a TV box than was never delivered. Twice. Waiting at home and I checked the computer and it said it was returned to the sender, TWICE. Never received anything from them, difficult to get any answer as they shuffle me around. Went to NFL.com and am good, but out $50. Don't touch this scam!

i WAS CONFUSED ABOUT MY SUBSCRIPTION AND TRIED TO CANCEWL IT BECAUSE I THOUGHT IT WAS MONTHLY AND OLIVER STONE STRAIGHTENED ME OUT AND TOLD ME IT WAS YEARLY. I WAS SO BUMMED CAUSE I COULDNT AFFORD MONTHLY. WAY COOL OF OLIVER TO ENLIGHTEN ME.

This gentleman helped me alot!….he was very patient with me as we went back and forth on solving my problem. He proceeded to find the problem with a work around and I was able to buy my 247tvbox and make up a receipt as I couldn’t log in.
He went beyond to help me with my problem and solved it

After 2 chats to resolve the issue, Jack Alan, the third chat responder, had the great idea to take a picture of my login which kept reporting invalid password. After reviewing all was correctly input, he added me to the server, which was the problem. (I had just signed up for the service and evidently the signup hadn’t processed yet. He suggested I restart from scratch and I got in with no problem. Give him a raise!

I tried the service for one day. On my smart TV just video, no audio. On my laptop, numerous dropouts which required refreshing many times and I did not feel it worth the effort to jump through hoops to see if I could get it to work. Their service was not that important to me. According to their website (“You have 7 days to try our service and agree with us that it is worth the price. If not, just call us before the end of the 7th day and we will cheerfully refund your money.”) I tried to cancel numerous times however they continue to refuse saying I don't have a valid reason. So their 7 day period is an outright lie.

I am a long term UK based customer. I watch tennis and that is about all. This year every time I have been watching a match the service goes down. Especially during US Open including the final. Same happened today Sunday during Wta match with Sofia Kennin. I have asked what's going on but don't get answers. I don't think this service is as good as it used to be. Be aware.

Guy named Stuart Thomas couldn’t find a football game for me and got mad because of a bad rating and locked me out of the live chat

I was on chat for over 3hrs and couldn’t get the app to work so I asked for my money back and they have still not refunded me!!! It’s a scam!!

After 3 Live Chat efforts, ROBERTO asked enough questions and identified my problem. Provided 14 steps, with clear instructions and after following them I was successful in resolving my start up problem. Thank you, ROBERTO!

Bait & switch scammer. Depends on what equipment you use. Some need additional software, some require you to buy their converter box and some just don’t work. All failures get referred to their Billing Team/customer service department where if you’re lucky you’ll find a tech who knows what they are doing. I gave up on these amateurs after a few try’s, got nowhere and asked for a refund. After providing the description of the problem, referencing identification, etc, I was repeatedly referred back to their problem solvers for more of the endless disappointing failures but not a single hope of having my money returned. They have no intention of returning your money. Make sure you purchase with a credit card known for getting your money returned from bad vendors because these slimeballs have no intention of honorable business practices. My problem has now been handed over to the bank. Make sure you keep all your evidence with screenshots for everything and do not wait to start your return. This vendor will blame you for everything to keep from paying. Read all the reviews. Then find someone else.

Exactly as most others have experienced. Signed up for the half price discount, the blackout game would not load on the computer nor phone. After 5 emails to cancel, as stated up to 7 days per their website, of which it's been less than 24 hours, they refuse to refund, and keep replying to cancel request with log in information, ignoring the cancel. I also got sucked into the NFLpass which became 247tvstream, but the billing on my credit card goes to a residential home in Delaware billed by iTech Soft Solutions. All a scam.

Very good. I just ask for 2 things. That you include 4K sports events and the Univision Channels (TUDN, Univision, Unimás, Galavisión)

I would NEVER recommend this company....I signed up and my husband and I decided the same day that is wasn't for us because we didn't buy the box and that was an extra fee...so I contacted them to ask to cancel and get a refund....my CC was charged $59.97 after they tried to keep us and only charge us $49.97...neither happened....NO refund and now they say it is over 7 days and we couldn't tell them why was want to cancel & refund.....DO NOT SIGN ON TO THIS SITE!!!
