Terrible. Made a claim for a stolen pair of sunglasses and another item and they never responded. Chased my claim and they dismissed the other item but said I could claim for the sunglasses but had to pay the excess. They obviously didn't check my details as they didn't realise I had paid for an excess waiver. I said this and then, again, got no reply. I sent them a complaint and they didn’t response to letter. After more complaints they emailed me an alleged copy of the letter they had sent, only it had my old address on it (I had sent them my new address ages ago). I doubt they did send it as we had a paid forwarding service and everything else had been received in that time period, plus a relative had been living in the house beforehand. They said they would look into it and I never heard from them again despite letters and emails. Avoid - they either don't respond or delay things so they don't have to pay out on anything.

I do not use this company, but they keep spam calling me continuously, sometimes 3 times a day. Sometimes the call just disconnects, sometimes the operator just hangs up, I asked them not to call, they just hang up, I did a reverse look up their phone number, to verify who it was. I would not use them if they are doing this kind of thing.

AVOID AT ALL COST. What a shambles this company is. I purchased travel insurance for a trip to Australia and a MONTH later, only a few weeks before my trip they called me to say my policy was not valid. I was assured that they would provide me with a "same or better policy" at no extra cost. They offered me a policy which did not match the one I had purchased. Furthermore their reason for my policy being not valid was that there is a 90 day trip limit (not in policy wording) and that I had paid too little for it! Just two weeks before my trip and several wasted hours later they have told me there is nothing I can do because they have the right to cancel any policy if the trip has not already started. Added to that, one of their staff sent me an email containing sensitive customer information from another client! Names addresses etc. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY! I have been told that my policy has been cancelled but I have not received a refund...

24/7 Insurance has a shocking customer service. Customers buy insurance so that when things go wrong they know they are covered. But, it's a horrible position to be in when your insurer simply won't reply to your queries and questions. I have sent one question via their comments page and after I had no answer I sent two emails which still have been replied to. Sort out your act! Your website says you reply within 24 hours. It's been a week. Really poor.

After checking my existing policy (with another company) I realised that I was not covered for any medical costs arising if I had an acident on my motorcycle whilst touring in Spain.
One call to 247 then a quick visit to their website and I was all set to go - the standard policy covered everything I was after.
In short - I will be using 247 again in the future

I secured the insurance on line, and the automated message assured me that all relevant documents would be sent to my. nominated e-mail account.
They were not, and when I queried this I was told that they are available on the website - but it was still not clear whether the generic wording applied to the cover I had purchased. eventually the documents were-mailed to me.
The cover was very reasonably priced.

Purchasing the insurance was easy enough. If you go for the top level, be aware your ipad/camera devices are NOT covered! On purchasing, you'll be emailed, supposedly with your policy documents. 8 days after purchasing, I had to chase up mine. Allow yourselves enough time for dramas... On calling (very friendly lady) it couldn't be solved with a press of a send button. I was given an email address of a supervisor. After emailing, sometime later that day, I had to ring again to prompt someone to reply. I hope the service will be more attentive towards my needs if I'm unfortunate enough to need the cover whilst in Asia. I have used them before but not needed to use the policy. It has gone up in price in the last 6 months but I guess these things happen.

Very helpful and polite and got the information I needed to download my policy again as I had accidentally deleted my email which had my years policy agreement but it was no trouble to 24/7 staff who found it and emailed it to me
