Terrible customer service and incompetent
Terrible. Made a claim for a stolen pair of sunglasses and another item and they never responded. Chased my claim and they dismissed the other item but said I could claim for the sunglasses but had to pay the excess. They obviously didn't check my details as they didn't realise I had paid for an excess waiver. I said this and then, again, got no reply. I sent them a complaint and they didn’t response to letter. After more complaints they emailed me an alleged copy of the letter they had sent, only it had my old address on it (I had sent them my new address ages ago). I doubt they did send it as we had a paid forwarding service and everything else had been received in that time period, plus a relative had been living in the house beforehand. They said they would look into it and I never heard from them again despite letters and emails. Avoid - they either don't respond or delay things so they don't have to pay out on anything.
