Besvarelse fra 2290Tax.com
Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We know filing a 2290 is something most people only do once a year, and we work hard to make the process as simple as possible.
I noticed you’ve used our service before, and I’m sorry this year’s experience felt frustrating. We’d genuinely like to understand what part of the process felt complicated so we can look into it. If you’re willing, please give us a call or let us know which step gave you trouble.
Our team is available at 909-596-0050 Monday–Friday, 5am–5pm Pacific, and we’re always happy to help.
