Very easy process
Very easy process. The first card I bought had a system error so I couldn't send it. Very good (and fast) customer support put it right,with a full refund. I bought another card which was fine. Recommended

The recipient was unable to view the card. It said something is wrong with the video file. Also i was unable to contact live support on WA as it kept saying i do not have wa installed, but i clearly do. A total waste of money

Hi, we’re really sorry to hear the recipient could not view the card. This is an issue with WhatsApp not playing forwarded videos on some Android models that affects a small percentage of our orders and is unfortunately outside of our control. To fix the issue in future, please try 'sharing' rather than 'forwarding' the card. If that doesn't work, you can also send via email or on any other multimedia messaging platform, like Telegram or Messenger.

First class professional service
Initially I had a bit of a hiccup . However the matter was quickly resolved with friendly input from 2050 cards ..Further contact with 2050 cards was first class polite and really professional . I would definitely recommend

Hello Trish. We are really sorry that this has happened. The card itself is sound, but unfortunately some Android phones have issues playing videos inside of WhatsApp. What we suggest to resolve the issue is 1) to try 'sharing' rather than 'forwarding'. The other fail safe method is to send the card via email. Best wishes, 2050cards

Excellent choice of cards
Excellent choice of cards. Found the perfect card for my daughter's birthday.
Was easy to select the card and personalise it.
The only issue I had was that it took several attempts at the verification stage: the log in failed multiple times before it was successful. Very frustrating. Having said that I would use this service again.

I needed an app through which l could send my niece a birthday e-card via WhatsApp because she lives abroad and the postal service is very hit & miss to put it mildly !
This app worked smoothly and quickly and both she and l were very happy with the results.
Will definitely use again.

This is absolutely brilliant! I always forget people’s birthdays without meaning to, and this makes it so much easier. It was super quick and simple to use. I’ve already downloaded the app so I can keep using it going forward. Highly recommend!

Hello Susan. We have refunded your order. Unfortunately, there is an known issue on some Android phones (outside of our control - as it is related to WhatsApp) whereby some videos do not play if they have been 'forwarded'. In order to make sure the card plays, we suggest you 'share' the card rather than 'forward'. Alternatively, our cards can be sent via Email and any other multimedia platform if the recipient's WhatsApp is still not permitting playback.

We have found over the years that having a shorter animation works well as it ensures that all recipients quickly get to the personal message: essentially the inside of the card: which is where you get to make your mark. really fun way to create a personalised card for someone when they are not close location wise or, you just haven't got time to go to a decent card shop.
very easy to use menus and smooth navigation.
My friend was so pleased that i had made an effort,
