⚠️ Warning about 1xBet
⚠️ Warning about 1xBet
I requested a withdrawal from the site, but the appointed agent disappeared and stole the money.
I contacted 1xBet to file a complaint and provided them with all the evidence, conversations, and proof of what happened. However, instead of helping me, they kept delaying and demanded official documents that simply do not exist (for example, a stamped bank statement from a mobile wallet company in Egypt, which is impossible to obtain).
Right now, I am left without my money — money that would make a huge difference in my life — while 1xBet has been stalling me for months and covering up for their agents’ misconduct.
🚨 Warning to everyone: 1xBet is not safe. Do not trust them — you may end up like me, a victim of fraud by their agents, with the company refusing responsibility and asking for impossible documents.
.......
Here is my story .
My name is Moaz, and my 1xBet account User ID is 640392227.
On [insert date of withdrawal request], I requested to withdraw 200,000 EGP from my 1xBet account. The withdrawal was supposed to be processed through one of their local agents (payment intermediary).
Despite providing all the requested documents (wallet statements from my telecom provider, proof that no funds were ever transferred to me, and screenshots of my correspondence with support), my account was blocked without justification. The company repeatedly asked me for documents that are impossible to provide in Egypt (such as PDF-stamped bank statements for telecom wallets).
For over 3 months, I have been in continuous communication with 1xBet support, yet all I received were automated responses, delays, or irrelevant document requests. No real attempt was made to investigate my case or verify with their local agent.
It is clear that the agent kept my money and 1xBet is refusing to take responsibility. I hold 1xBet accountable for my loss because the agent is acting on their behalf.
The withheld amount, 200,000 EGP (approx. $6,500 USD), is a significant sum for me and its loss has caused severe financial and emotional distress.
I am requesting full recovery of my funds and an investigation into the misconduct of 1xBet’s local agent. If this matter cannot be resolved, I will pursue legal action with local authorities and share my experience publicly to warn others.

Urgent: Unresolved Withdrawal Request – ₹9000 (ID: 471045207) [#88694929]
I am extremely disappointed with 1xBet.
I made a withdrawal of ₹9000, and they provided a UTR number. But even after more than 13 days, the amount has not been credited to my bank account.
My bank has confirmed in writing that no such transaction has been received. I have already submitted:
The UTR number
Bank statement
Transaction details
Despite this, the 1xBet support team keeps repeating the same process again and again without providing any real solution. It feels like they are not interested in resolving genuine issues.
