I am so pleased that I chose to go with 1 to 1 Flooring for my carpets. I am one of the most indecisive people ever and am an expert at doubting myself, but having Matt on board made choosing so much easier for me. He is a good listener and has the patience of a saint! He is extremely knowledgeable, and really helped me to pick exactly the right type of carpet to suit my family’s lifestyle, as well as the shade suitable for my home and decor.
Mark the estimator was very warm and friendly, as were the fitters - which is a good thing when you have strangers in your house! It’s a much nicer experience all around when the people you let into your home make you feel comfortable and safe. I received an excellent service all around, the communication from Matt was brilliant, I can’t fault my experience at all, and more importantly, I couldn’t be happier with my carpets!

Alex and the Berkhamsted branch of 1 to 1 Flooring were excellent in customer service, price and fitting. Everything was smooth, ordered on time, the fitters were polite and efficient on both days of our installation. We would highly recommend them. Stay local people!

I have had my Hall Stairs and Landing transformed due to the expert help from all at 1to 1 flooring. The hall is now a very nice Pale Ash Amtico which was laid expertly by John and easy to keep clean especially with all this bad weather just a quick wipe over.
Landing and stairs a very attactive stripe carpet not easy to lay but beautifully done by Joe.
Both worked very hard and non stop till the job was finished and they also cleaned up after with their own vacuum cleaners which just left me to admire how great it all looks. Also wore face masks all the time , not easy as they were here for quite a few hours, well done both and many thanks.

Bought engineered wood flooring from 1to1 flooring, very pleased with the experience.

The sales manager is very responsive, emails replied usually within minutes.

The opinions they gave also felt honest and responsible, it’s more about providing customer a good option, even if it’s cheaper.

Lastly, the price was great.

Will use again.

I can honestly say that I was delighted with every aspect of my experience with the St Albans branch of 1 to 1 Flooring. This ranges from my initial visit to the Showroom where I received helpful advice from Matt and Chloe, the visit from the estimator, and finally fitment of the flooring which was carried out very competent fitters. All services were provided in an extremely efficient and courteous manner, the product was of a very high quality and fitted very professionally and within the agreed timescales. All rubbish was removed and the property left in a very clean state. I would definitely recommend 1 to 1 flooring to friends and relatives.

Have had 2 carpets replaced with 1 to 1 flooring and looking forward to getting the rest done during the year

Lino on the kitchen and utility room floor was laid by Matt and Reece. Old floor had to be levelled and new screed put down. They then discovered damp and had to redo. End result was great. Always arrived promptly, kept us fully informed what needed doing, always friendly and very pleased with end result. Fully satisfied customers!

The team at 1 to 1 Barnet were extremely helpful and efficient. Our order was dealt with quickly and professionally and installed within a short period of time despite the Covid restrictions. I was very impressed with the agility and flexibility that 1to1 flooring (Chloe) had in a recent order for some Amtico flooring. They quickly responded to my questions and managed to source & supply the material very quickly which allowed us to keep to some very tight installation timelines. The carpet fitters were excellent, they worked extremely hard to get all carpets fitted in one day which we were very impressed with. They worked so hard.

Everything regarding the job - despite challenges I presented with timing and product - was executed with professionalism, efficiency and enthusiasm. Nothing was too much trouble. Matt and Chloe really helped us out of a tight spot after being let down by another local supplier. With great advice and an accommodating approach, we were able to secure the fitting date we needed. The fitters were excellent, really friendly and did a great job. We'll definitely be returning!
