Habe für Mexiko eine 1Global eSim gekauft. In ganz Mexico ist die Netzabdeckung sehr sehr schlecht bis gar nicht vorhanden. Ich rate von diesem Anbieter ab.

Traveling through France, been to a few locations & 1Global esim service has been sketchy at best, sometime I get a 5G symbol but not connectivity other times a 4G symbol & a better signal, got a 30day plan but looking at French esims now instead

Das Asien/Pazifik Paket funktionierte nicht in Südkorea und Japan, nur in Taiwan. Nie wieder 1Global!

The worst telco on the planet. Truly appalling product and service. The only option for Apple Watch family tethered in Australia. Apple, for God’s sake, fire this lot. Calls and texts don’t go through over half the time, or are delivered days later. Absolute rubbish. Do not waste your money.

Purchased an eSIM via Revolut who used 1Global, the service was for Latin America (not cheap). Service does not work at all apart from the odd notification, pages don’t load. It’s not the connection as some notifications get through and in the same touristic places, every other eSIM works. No refund offered via revolut for using this abysmal service.

Do not buy this if you travel in Spain. They are basically not working at all. I travel both Madrid and Granada, it shows 5G/LTE but zero network to me .

Realy every call gets disconnected..
The worst coverage I ever experienced.

It worked for albania.
Now my daughtet is in japan and bought 10gb paket. She cant connect to any network.
Funny is the hotline from 1global
After the beep you can tell about the problem and someone will call you…. So the announcment
After the beep you get disconnected….
Think we wont buy any other pakets anymore

I recently used 1Global’s eSIM service during my travel to Malaysia and Singapore and was quite disappointed with the experience. Despite having sourced the service through Revolut, I faced significant issues with network connectivity. Meanwhile, a fellow traveler using an eSIM from another provider had no such problems.

Upon contacting customer service, I was informed that there was no possible upgrade to a 5G network and that no compensation could be provided. While the representative was courteous and expressed understanding of my frustration, the overall response was unhelpful and did not resolve my issue.

Given the poor network performance and the lack of satisfactory customer support, I cannot recommend 1Global’s eSIM service. If you're traveling to this region, it might be better to consider other providers.
