Tbh, I was skeptical of working with 1Call Closers in a sales role. I knew they offered coaching and training but I wasn't fully prepared for the amount of experienced closers teaching me on a daily basis. I haven't had this type of interactions with the top closers and coaching resources with any other company in my sales career. I am truly blessed to have made the decision to work here and receive daily training and mentorship as a remote closer.

I found 1CC on a lark as I transitioned from my previous sales position. They gave me a shot and I wasn't exactly sure I would cut it in a different niche - it was literally one of the best career moves I have ever made.

I just completed my 2nd year on the same offer which makes me a bit of a unicorn. Most closers don't last years at the same organizatio or their offers don't last. That hasn't been my experience. 1CC is the real deal.

The environment is the best sales team I have ever been on. You can consider the culture, the tech, the speed to implement new ideas, the support, the training, the plentiful leads, and other opportunities to grow -- every one of those items is top-notch.

It sounds cliche. Yes, it's great, blah blah blah. How many sales organizations can manage a team of 100+ representatives to produce $70 million dollars in a year? Think about how dialed everything has to be to make something like that happen. It feels like lightning in a bottle yet they are building all of those things into other offers as well.

If you figure out how to put lightning in a bottle, you can print. Figure out how to duplicate it and a lot of people are going to be really financially successful. I hope you consider riding on this rocket ship.

I was skeptical at first when I joined the team as a closer. It seemed like a dream to be able to sell $100k in a month in the comfort of your own home. I have had multiple months producing over $100k. This January, I produced $191,263. The opportunity is there if you put in the work and build up your skills. I really love that 1cc provides many opportunities to constantly improve and refine your skills. I'm super grateful that I don't have to spend a dime on marketing nor do I have overhead for a lease to pay for anymore! Now, I open up my calendar, the leads book on, and I help people. I love what I do!

Company is not in integrity; as a sales professional we should all know that Trust is number one.
Company set an "Interview" to turn around and ask for a 7,000 buy in to the organization.

I have over a decade of High Ticket Sales experience, in two different industry's earning over 200K/yr for the last 3 years now and over 100k/yr since I started.
I don't say this to impress, those numbers are not impressive, but to highlight I am more than qualified.

The rep claimed that because my experience wasn't in Health Industry specifically for 3 years that I would need to put up 7k of my own money as "retainer" or "investment" In myself. Since I wanted to break into "High Ticket Sales" yet, my average sales are between 40-60k; and yes I can prove it all. So if that range is not considered "High Ticket" what is? Lol

If I wanted to buy a personal development course I will do just that; but to be asked to pay 7k on what was disguised as a sales interview is poor edict.

The number one thing I value is Time; this was a waist of it. SO, if your reading this I hope I can save you yours. If you are considering working with them maybe there a great team but just know what you're walking into UPFRONT.

1CC is an excellent agency to work with. The offer heaps of training and performance reviews and they give you everything you need to be successful.
The only reason why I put 4 starts is because I'm based in Perth Australia and because of the time zone difference makes it hard for me to assist to all the trainings and meetings. But other than that is a 5 star review.

This is the most dialed in Sales Agency on the planet!!! World class accounts with training and positions on REAL teams managed inhouse. Unmatchable communication, lead flow, compensation structures and support. It's a perfect ecosystem for new and experienced closers.

I have known of 1cc for years. Rich and his team are excellent in what they do.

The offers they pick up are fantastic, and all levels of management are super supportive.

Very unprofessional experience. I had an initial interview set up for 3pm. They texted me 40 minutes before to reschedule. We rescheduled to the morning of the next day and they no showed me. I waited 25 minutes in the Google meeting room and no one showed. It wasn't until I felt my time was being wasted that I finally decided to log off. I followed up 2x via email and text while waiting in the room with no response whatsoever. One of those opportunities that is too good to be true.

I had an interview scheduled for 10:15am. Not only did Daniel show up late, but then he asked me for an additional few minutes and he turned his camera off and went somewhere else. So when he came back, I asked him if our meeting was at 10:15 and he said “yes why” and I said because it’s past that so I just wanted to make sure. Then he tried to gaslight me and say “if you’re in a hurry, we can reschedule” instead of apologizing for being late. So I very clearly said no I just want to make sure both of our time is respected. Again, giving him a chance to apologize and he just proceeded in and said “tell me why you’re here”.
Yikes.

Do not fall for their trap!

This company invited me to a job interview, then I was told it wasn't a job interview, that they actually want people to pay to be trained to then be placed with one of their clients.

They hide their sales calls under the guise of job interviews. If they do that, from the start, what else would they lie to you about?

I am new to high ticket sales and had no significant sales experience in this realm, not counting some minor training in B2B and retail sales. Without the guidance of Trish from 1CC during our 1:1 trainings, my progress would have been much slower, especially learning on how to change less variables at one time so I can actually improve the skillset and call process. Trish never made me feel dumb or incompetent (even though, at the beginning, I definitely was incompetent lol). Definitely a good spot to start for newer folks!

Had a great experience with 1CC. I was fortunate enough to be coached one-on-one by both Mike and Trish at different times. But all the coaches rock. It's truly a fantastic team. Whether you're experienced or just starting out, there's A LOT of opportunity to shine here. It's no secret – you get out what you put into it. If you're willing to step up, there's a ton of growth potential.

I got introduced to the team through their SKOOL network (which I highly recommend if you're just starting out) where they host daily sales training. After lurking on those calls for a few months, I finally pulled the trigger and went for the one-on-one program.

One thing worth mentioning: if you're a cutthroat salesman, this might not be your spot. This isn't your Wolf of Wall Street type of sales culture. It's very positive, and everyone I interacted with on the team was supportive (e.g., down to run role plays, help me with the tech stack, drop gems, etc.). If you're one of those uber-competitive psychos who wants to win at all costs, I wouldn't recommend it. There are other orgs for that.

I went down the funnel or took calls with a bunch of other orgs (Elite, RCA, Millionaire Closers, etc.) and for what you get in terms of support and price point, this was the best I found. They don't give you the run around of "needing months of roleplays" before putting you on the offer. You get an opportunity right out the gate and then they help you make the most of it.

Recommend this program to anyone serious about advancing their sales career. Thanks to the 1CC squad for everything you invested in me 🙏

I just had an introductory interview with Alex Labombard for 1 Call Closers. It was a high ticket sales position. Despite 10 years of sales experience he said the only way they would take the risk on me was to enter a 30 day coaching program. Makes sense to me as I have limited remote sales experience. He says he can get me started in next 7 days or so for a low low price of $5000.

Legitimate companies and roles don't charge you for the training, development, and expertise needed to perform work functions.

I've worked building a sales team for a $1.5B company and currently manage a team and projects for a $300M company. Neither made me pay for "placement" but instead gave me cars, laptops, credit cards, meals, and other resources so I could grow territories and make them money.

I wanted to put this out there so if you want to work with them, unless you have three years high ticket sales experience they will try to put you into a $5-$10k coaching program for 30-90 days.

That's probably how the "closers" actually make their money - on schmucks who are ready to empty pockets.

I have learned invaluable tools and strategies with every training that I have had with, Trish, that directly correlated with increased sales. Any person who wishes to increase their sales acumen regardless of whether them being a new salesperson or seasoned top performer will hugely benefit from one-to-one training with her that will be seen in their bottom line.

Added to that, group training is conducted virtually daily by some of the most experienced closers and trainers in the industry, it creates a tremendous culture of growth, and, makes success easy.
That is surpassed only with the support that permeates this organization so everyone is equipped for being a top closer that makes a positive impact on peoples lives.
