I’ve insured a few cars with these guys and they always come good. They look after my policies, remind me when they are coming up and get a good price. And they’re always nice to deal with.

Both Richard and Jake where patient and helpful when I asked for a call back at a certain time they did.

I would highly recommend 1Answer Insurance as I got the best quote possible and, at a surprisingly reasonable price. I could not be happier with the coverage and the staff are extremely knowledgeable and communication was easy, concise, helpful and, friendly.

Emily is just great. I’m thankful for her. Her colleague also helped out when I returned a missed call…. Happy to help me whilst she was busy, but also mindful to transfer me when she became available.

I've used One Answer as my broker for 6 years now,never had any issues and they always get me the best deal.

Chris Davies was incredible with his customer service. A really big help at a stressful time helped answer all my questions thoroughly would highly recommend this group to friends.

After taking taking out insurance with this company was blown away by the reviews and thought looks and sounds amazing little did I know my insurance was with a broker called One answer and sadly my 1st contact proved me wrong what an absolute farce incident happened in December 2025 non fault collision with a witness customer in my car and nothing from my insurance until April 2026 claiming I was at fault and then interviewed in my home like a criminal then after providing my side of the story heard nothing until 3 months later form the same company asking me to provide the same information I provided months ago then to be told that your insurance renewal is due and sadly it's now doubled to over £5000 because your claim is not settled there for it goes against you be sure all the want to do is delay doing there job so you the customer has to fork out the thousands of pounds to insure your taxi as this is your livelihood stay away at all costs beware of this provider

Avoid this company

My experience with 1 Answer Insurance has been extremely disappointing.

Before my policy started, I realised it did not provide the cover I needed for food and parcel delivery.

I contacted the company several times by phone and email requesting that my policy be amended or cancelled.

I was repeatedly told someone would contact me within a few days, but no one ever did.

As I received no help, I emailed to cancel the policy and requested a refund of the £100 deposit.

Instead of resolving the issue, they kept my deposit, cancelled the policy themselves, then sent me a letter demanding even more money, including a cancellation fee and additional charges.

I have email evidence showing I asked to cancel because the policy did not meet my requirements and that I tried to resolve the matter before the policy took effect. Despite this, I was left out of pocket and treated unfairly.

I was dealing with Arjun Viswanathan, who acknowledged my request, but unfortunately nothing was resolved despite multiple attempts to contact the company.

This has been one of the worst customer service experiences I've had. I would strongly advise anyone considering this company to read the terms carefully and think twice before taking out a policy.

I had a great experience with Josh. He took time to listen to me and was very reassuring. He treated me as a person not like some other places where you are just another statistic. He reassured me I eould only be speaking with him and kept his word and phoned me back. Excellent customer service fron Josh.

Everything was explained clearly and wasn't misleading
The price was good and charged sensible interest for paying monthly.
Only slight criticism is the other broker charges are a little high and a lot of them
Josh was great person to deal with and got things done as quickly as possible
