From the initial contact to post treatment, Jo was absolutely incredible. Really took everything I was looking for into consideration and was extremely knowledgeable and gave me great advice on future treatments that would be a great benefit to me. I completely put my trust in Jo and will always use her and her amazing skills and wisdom for my treatments!

I came once again to see Nurse Jo at 152 Harley Street for a b botox. I can not thank her enough.
She is very attentive, careful and considerate of her patients' wishes. She suggested and explained everything in detail and what was better for a natural result.

Seriously good facial. Like the others, I would get this every day. I need Jo!

I had big problems with old filler when I first met Nurse Jo I instantly liked her and booked a facial that was amazing. Then she started to do Potenza treatments for residual swelling and with good results she really knows her stuff, is super professional and a joy speak to, I had a hair treatment and the same super results. Sorry if I sound like an advert, I never even do reviews, Her treatments are all addictive because they are result driven.

I had a hydrafacial with Jo. It was an amazing experience and I felt great afterwards. She was very friendly and gave great advice on how to look after my skin!

I had my appointment today with Jo.She is so bubbly and knowledgable!prior my treatment I had a consultation,1hour.In that time we discuss about diet,what cosmetic products I use.She took a scan for my facial skin.Jo she explained me the plus and minuses on my facial skin.she recommended facial peels.Jo explained me the facial peels can provide various benefits ,and potential side effects.
She explained to benefit of facial peel:

- Acne Treatment
- Hyperpigmentation Reduction
- Anti-Aging
- Skin Rejuvenation

Next day she rang,and ask me how I feel.

I came to see Nurse Jo at 152 Harley street for a hydrafacial and to discuss my skin concerns. The facial was the best experience and my skin was glowing when I left. I am still seeing the benefits today. She gave me some great advice on skincare and answered all my questions about various treatments available. I cannot recommend her highly enough. Thank you. Daniel Ezra and his team, Dr Manish, Karen, nurse Jo and eveyone else, have been very caring, calm, respectful, friendly, precise and overall excellent. I had a very relaxing, enjoyable experience, great results and smooth recovery. Highly recommend and I am not surprised I had to book the surgery a year ahead. Would come again!

I had a facial with Jo and she was absolutely amazing. 10/10 experience!!! Very caring and attentive about her clients, her spirit is unmatched.

Had a Hydrafacial with Nurse Jo today, and couldn't be happier with the results, my face feels is softer & cleaner than ever.

Nurse Jo made me feel extremely relaxed and ensured I was comfortable throughout the Hydrafacial she did an amazing job and I would highly reccomend her to everyone.

I had whats known a ptosis in both eyes, when I was a teenager I got it fixed at the NHS however was never happy with the result.

Process was really smooth, I had a meeting with Tessa to go over what she recommend a month later I was in for surgery. Not going to lie, my eyelids were sore however thats normal with this surgery.

After about 2-3 weeks I had my stitches out, im now a couple months after surgery. What a difference! Tessa has done an amazing job and my confidence in my appearance has increased. Also a huge shout out to Jo, who was the nurse that dealt with removing the stitches and giving advise to me via WhatsApp.

My overall experience from start to finish went very smoothly and efficiently. The staff are friendly, helpful, reassuring.
The result of operation looks very positive, and everything happened as described in the initial guidelines and instructions.
I am so far very pleased and it’s only been 1.5 hours since the actual surgery.

Very pleasant and well organised reception staff. Theatres with windows very pleasant. Support staff calm, assured and welcoming. Surgery itself well explained and excellently delivered, with good attention to aftercare.
