My tank level device was not functioning properly. I ran out of oil. I phoned up over half a dozen companies. 123oils were the only company which could respond the same day. The tanker driver pointed out the grub screw which needed to be turned to bleed air between the oil tank and the boiler. All sorted and warm again. Thank you 123oils.

The service was outstanding, and I would highly endorse this company to others. Our request for 1000 litres was fulfilled in just five hours from the time we reached out. Many thanks once more.

I don't normally write reviews but I felt that I had to this time. I was given a competitive quote with a delivery time of 5 working days but was really pleased when I had a phone call today (3 days) asking if it was convenient to deliver my order. Everything with my order ran smoothly from the initial contact (Nick), todays follow up call from the office and the courteous delivery driver. I would definitely recommend 123Oil and will be using them again in the future. Top quality service.

Huge thank you to Nick and the team at 123 for going above and beyond to make sure our emergency delivery of heating oil was delivered as a priority after a completly unique situation where the tank ran dry at one of my NHS Hospital sites.
After a frantic call to Nick later on in the afternoon on a Sunday he was amazing and nothing was to much hassle. Within 15 minutes he had rang me back to notify me that my delivery would be with me within 3 hours, and bang on time the delivery driver was with me and filling the tank.
Special thanks to the delivery driver also as he was in great spirits for a Sunday evening.

100% will be using your services again.

Fantastic! Delivered oil over a Bank Holiday weekend. A real lifesaver. Communication was great. Very pleased.

Called 8pm Thursday night. Had oil by Friday 10am. Even gave me instructions for bleeding the boiler and encouraged me to call if got stuck. Excellent service.

I got let down (again) by a big “juice” company which meant by the weekend I was out of oil. After realising first thing Saturday morning I found 123 Oil who answered at 7:30am and agreed to drop my 500 litres off by lunch time 🤷🏼‍♂️
