From the start 123floor were very professional. We have just had done the whole of the downstairs plus the stairs and upstairs landing re-carpeted. The quotation we received was so detailed we knew exactly what we were paying for. They covered everything. They even arranged for a carpenter to shave a few of our doors so that they moved freely over the new carpet. The fitters were so careful with furniture, walls and skirting’s etc. so as not to damage or mark anything. All this together with a very reasonable price makes it very easy for me to recommend them.

We are absolutely delighted with our new carpets and shall certainly be using them again.

From beginning to end, the process was seamless. From the initial visit to getting the estimate was extremely quick. The flooring was delivered on time and with great care and Chris, the installer, was such a lovely man and was a delight to have in the house! His craftmanship is excellent. 123 flooring have been absolutely fantastic throughout the whole process of having our new flooring installed. From initial first contact with Mel and Beth in the office, who were very professional and knowledgeable about the products, and maintained contact with me throughout, providing excellent customer service and a positive and caring manner to represent the company. Also Charlie and Rob, who provided our business with a wide range of quality samples to choose from, and expertise in the flooring business and 'can do attitude' for our particular requirements. I felt reassured and had no concerns that the job would not be completed on time. The fitters, Paul & Paul and plumber Gary were extremely hard working and have done a fantastic job, myself and the staff are all extremely happy with the finished look. I will certainly recommend 123 flooring to family/friends. Thank you once again guys, you have been amazing!!

Great communication from the team at 123floor from the moment we walked into the showroom to the final day of fitting today. The selection of carpets to choose from in the showroom was huge and we came away with loads of new ideas and styles that we hadn’t even thought of. The lead time was really quick from the moment we ordered to availability of fitting dates but the icing on the cake was the professionalism, expertise and sheer hard work of the carpet fitters on the final day! They were here early and worked solidly until they were finished, and were clearly perfectionists! So pleased all round- fantastic service from the whole team at 123floor! ⭐️⭐️⭐️

We've had bedroom and stair carpets and stair runners so far from 123Floor. The carpets are great quality and they helped us choose the right ones, which was extremely helpful. Their guidance on matching colours and wear and price was invaluable. The fitters who came were friendly and professional. We're really happy with everything from 123Floor. They also came and patched up some pieces that we needed after we'd had some door frames enlarged - the patches are so good, you hardly notice where they are. I was so impressed with everything.
