We got there on the end but…
We got there on the end but disappointing service. First via email I was told they couldn’t come on the agreed date, which messed up my work plans and then when they did come Wayne, our fitter who was fantastic didn’t have the right tools. He kindly agreed to come back the following weekend to save me having me to take even more time off. No word from
Head office or apology from them. I wonder if they have got too big?
Reply by them not quite accurate i chases Charlie. As I said Wayne superb. Quality of floor good but head office disappointing. Thank you

Dear Ms Freeland, we apologise for any inconvenience that was caused by not being able to complete the fitting of your floor as scheduled.
I have investigated this matter to understand what occurred.
The fitter reported to us that once he uplifted your existing floor covering he found that your current door profile had been cemented to your ceramic tiles by a third party and the fitter was concerned about using the wrong tool that would end up breaking the tiles.
He then left your home and went to several DIY outlets to try to find the item but unfortunately discovered it can only be obtained by special order which needed to be placed online. He then came back and reported this to you and promised to return the following Saturday so that you would not need to take any further time off.
Charlie spoke to you few days later as you were concerned that the tool would not arrive in time and you were promised a call would be made once the tool turned up. Charlie left you a voicemail on the Wednesday confirming that the fitter had the tool and would be with you on the Saturday as promised. The fitter did arrive on the Saturday and with the use of the correct tool did not break the ceramic tiles and managed to fit the new flooring without issue.
I’m very sorry that you feel we have let you down on this occasion and I can assure you we do take customer feedback very seriously. We strive to attain the highest levels of customer service and I do hope that we will be able to be of service to you again in the future.

Nice people to buy from - they’re friendly, they arrive when they say they will for the quotation and the fitting and they do a quality job - can’t fault them. Prices seem fair - we’ve had two rooms done with Amtico as two separate jobs and I’m really pleased with the results - Thank you!

I was really impressed with 123
I was really impressed with 123. They responded to emails quickly, the flooring fitter arrived punctually and worked quickly, and they even sorted out a minor problem with minimum fuss. The finished floor looks great and was well worth the money.

1st Class Company in Flooring and Fitting
123 Floor have a good selection of flooring, Laminate, wood and tiles. They were very helpful in helping us to choose the best flooring for our underfloor heating, they arranged a date a time for fitting. The fitters arrived on time and carried out a fantastic job in the fitting. I would definately use this company again.

Fantastic carpet fitted by a professional and efficient fitter
I am super happy with the carpet I received! Although there was a mix up, and my original choice became unavailable quite late on and after the installation dates had been agreed, I am happy with my second choice. The guy who came to take my old carpet away and fit my new carpet could not have been more professional and friendly. I can’t recommend him highly enough. There was a mix up again with the scotch guarding - dates mixed up and then a late arrival, however, this feels incidental to the fact that the actual fitting of the carpet went smoothly and was very professional and efficient. Thank you!
