I had a agent called Jasmine and she was wonderful, she helped me book a cheap holiday that to last min and also within my budget. She had excellent communication skills and I would deffo recommended and use 123flights again.

It was a pleasure getting the assistance from the 123flights for my travel experience. Cheap and affordable deals are available with options to pay in instalments. After checking that the agent was genuine, I received a phone call, assuring that I would get the best price for my trip. Considering the period of travel it has been the cheapest fare compared to previous three trips.

I was helped by David today and wish if all agency workers were like him. He was very fast and thorough, checking with me all the way to find the right ticket for me. I had other agency helping me from different companies but I ended up sticking with this one cos he knows what he's doing and will definitely be recommending you to other friends and family. Keep up your hard work.

I was expecting a good experience ofcourse from the airline but Ms Zade made it exceptionally well from the time i got connected to her until i boarded the flight for my flight to India on 30th Novembet 23 be it getting wheel chair assistance to arranging extra luggage booking etc. Yes others might say its her job but I
guess there is thin line between doing one's job and going that extra mile for a better customer experience and the one who chose the latter always rise

123 flight is so great, this is first time I have booked flights with Sara has been great and gave me great deal,also last week I had my flight cancelled, and another they gave was 12 stop at Doha, I refuse to take that, so once Again Sara rearranged my flights and I'm so happy with it..
