Ordered the Office Chair Blue Bilbao Operator Chairs BILB1-B. Excellent price and product and great delivery and communication from the company. So nice to deal with. We’d definitely use again and thoroughly recommend.

Found an office chair originally with a different well known computer equipment company and just did a quick search to see if could get it cheaper. Same chair was available at 121 office for £50 less, with free delivery, so tentatively ordered. It was delivered insanely fast, like 2 days later and is absolutely perfect, as described, easy to assemble. Communication was great, invoice available to download and overall very impressed. I hadn't heard of them before but would recommend for any office equipment in future!

Been looking for a office desk and found this desk alot cheaper on this site, so was a bit dubious when i ordered it.
But so happy with it. The instructions was easy to follow. The only thing was the delivery company never gave me a update on which date it would be delivered...But he did ring to ask best place to put the item

Great friendly service. Desk delivered on the date I requested. There was a slight issue with one of the desk legs, no fault of 121 Office Furniture but Alphason. And 121 Office Furniture were superb in resolving. I wouldn't hesitate recommending this company to friends and family.

Fab quality item and great price. £50 cheaper than other retailers selling the exact same product, plus free super efficient delivery. Will definitely be a returning customer

Fast delivery well packed, very easy to assemble but 30 minutes to assemble it is way over the top, took 30 minutes just to check all the parts were there. But overall was very well made and looks good, but would been even better without the CD storage.

I ordered a leather facing brown chair from 121 and it came within 2 days! The quality of the chair is superb - soft and very comfortable, and it's easy to assemble. The only downside is that I thought the back would be tall enough for me to rest my head, but that aside, it's a great purchase.

So - 121 was my 2nd attempt to order a desk for my home office!
The first attempt was via one of their competitors who firstly took ages to despatch the item, missed the first 2 delivery dates, finally turning up on the 3rd. However, the top of the desk was cracked right down the middle and impossible to miss so no idea why delivery was even attempted....then they advised me the part I needed was out of stock so offered a refund why I'm now having to chase.
My 2nd attempt was with 121 - ordering was easy (much faster than before) and it turned up when it was supposed to and the quality seemed so much better than the previous desk (it was certainly packaged better).
I wish I'd found 121 first time.....if you're reading this review and thinking twice then don't - I've tried the competition and it isn't worth the hassle!

On ordering a dining bench costing £265 I received a call from Michael 121 Furniture next day to explain I had 2 options pay a further £30 delivery cost to the company I was ordering from or he would cancel this order I paid so total price is £295 at this point. I noted measurements prior to ordering but hands up I forgot to measure the distance from inside legs of table but on delivery I instantly realised my error so emailed 121 Furniture to ask since the item was in perfect return condition could I return as was not suitable. I was then emailed I would be deducted £69 +vat to return so having already paid an additional £30 carriage unknown cost and having this further deduction I would end up with no bench and £100+ less off
Sorry but this is very disappointing and daylight robbery I will stick to large reputable suppliers /companys in future a lesson learnt!!!PLEASE BE AWARE
**Response to your reply** 121 Furniture just because I feel you are now misleading in your response I am in the Dundee area not exactly in the middle of nowhere and I aim to make others aware in case like myself they end up £100+ less off if they wish to change there mind and return an item. I have ordered many large furniture orders from reputable companies and never been asked for this excessive delivery or pick up experience. I dont fault yourself but feel this is an important factor people should be aware of prior to ordering and realise changing your mind can be very costly. Like you said I did accept the additional £30 delivery cost once you explained to me what my options were and why I was being charged but at no point did you explain what cost I would face should I wish to return. Maybe a constructive point your company can adapt! Like I say to prevent someone else being in this position. Reviews are after all there to help customers make a choice and be aware of any previous experiences. Michael I wish your company many years of success I am all for small companies this is in no way personal honestly just informative and hopefullyhelpful to others. Kind regards

Item ordered wasn't delivered on time, order arrived late but was incorrect item. This company sell both direct and as a reseller depending on the product. My item was shipped direct from the supplier. Issues were dealt with quickly when raised with 121, correct item should arrive tomorrow. 121 were let down by their supplier but did all they could to rectify issues.

Order was exactly as described (ergo mesh office chair) and delivery time was very good. Service, email updates of order status etc were all perfect. Plan to use them again should I need office furniture recommended to family and friends.

I bought an Ergo 24 Hour Chair and was very pleased with 121 office furniture's speedy delivery and responsive customer service. They also offered the best price on the market.

They went above and beyond to supply me with parts for my broken chair, I will be using this supplier again in the future!

Fantastic service. Fast delivery of a good quality item which was cheaper from here than anywhere else.

Ordered Sunday, got a call on Monday and delivered Tuesday. Driver was courteous and desk / pedestal was well packaged and is of good quality. Only suggestion is that it would have been nice to have the option to track the delivery instead of me waiting all day at home.
Great to see a family business be cheaper than everywhere else. And believe I looked :-)
