I have been waiting 5 weeks now for my withdrawal of £10,500. I have uploaded all documents which was asked from me. I have also done a video verification. And 5 weeks later still nothing. All I am ever told is it’s with the relevant team and that I will be emailed as soon as they have any more information. This has been happening since the 15th of December 2023.

Absolutely gutted to have missed out on the bonus offer simply because I made a withdrawal prior to using the bonus! Customer service said there was nothing that could be done. Not particularly helpful nor inspiring. A warning for anyone else signing up.

SCAM stay clear of this site give a few nice wins to get you hooked and then all down hill from there. Customer service is useless would of had more luck ralking to my pet dog. Payouy percentages are fiddled. One of the tightest casino sites ever never once recieved a bonus and when i asked for one was told no i have deposited loads on there and not even a penny. I had the same experience as one of the previous reviews. I won around £20 from the free spins from the sign-up offer. After I withdrew the balance, I noticed that they'd simply refunded my initial deposit. I asked on their live chat why this happened and they made some reference to the terms and conditions, but wouldn't explain specifically what I did wrong.

Basically it seems that they lure people in with an offer, but simply confiscate your winnings if you happen to come out ahead.

They have released a facebook ad saying that they are 5 stars and now that I check it is 3. So if they are saying this simple lie then you can only imagine what they will do to your money

I received an email saying how highly they were rated on Trustpilot, a quick visit to Trustpilot later and I find that’s not the case…not having any of my money and I suggest others follow suit
I get the feeling that the positive reviews aren’t exactly authentic reviews either…needs looking into

As soon as you seek to withdraw, they abuse the KYC system and withhold funds, making it incredibly difficult to withdraw. Also pester for positive Trustpilot reviews, so they're obviously aware of this criticism and keen to change the narrative!

Placed a horse bet only to find out they don't do live streaming and had to watch it somewhere else
They also don't take bets on half the techs ltracks as they don't have a license for them.

The sports odds are not competitive at all.
