Love this gym. The classes feel like specialist classes / really high energy - definitely not your standard gym classes! It’s never too busy, and the staff are always friendly and helpful. Changing rooms are spotless, have everything you need and feel really high-end. The best gym, can't fault it :)

A great Third Space offering in the city for days I’m in the office. Clean and plenty of towels stacked around.

My watch was stolen from ThirdSpace Moorgate. The General Manager and the Operations Manager, did not support with the theft and did not provide cctv footage to the police upon request, claiming this was "deleted" after the police requested it over 5 times. There was also SAR breach when I requested the cctv footage. I had a panic attack after I noticed the theft and informed the operations manager; the operations manager asked me to leave the gym, not supporting with the panic attack, not assisting to call the police, not assisting in any way. The general manager has lied to me multiple times about how this theft would be handled. I would not recommend joining a gym like this.

Unfortunately I can echo others on the fact that I’ve had items stolen from the gym and (specifically Moorgate branch) and it’s now got to the point where I am afraid to leave items even if they are locked in lockers. I have witnessed cleaning staff helping someone who has forgot which locker they put their belongings in and consequently use a master key to open multiple lockers and leave them open! I myself have come back to an open locker on different occasions as a result. I’ve now had two items go missing including a brand new pair of trainers

Staff were rude and uninterested not even a hello. A fair amount of machine out of order and you’ll be lucky to even get one as it can get so busy. To worth the price they charge at all.

Used the gym a few times and the staff were rude and unprofessional. For the amount of money they charge, the experience is awful. It’s overcrowded and the equipments are not clean. The toilets are also a mess.

My friend had his £15,000.00 watch stolen from ThirdSpace Moorgate. The General Manager Vinnie Durrant and the Operations Manager Ryan Muncey, did not support with the theft and refused to provide cctv footage to the police upon request, claiming this was "deleted" after the police requested it over 5 times. The general manager Vinnie has lied to my friend multiple times about how this theft would be handled. I would not recommend joining a gym like this as they do not care about their customers.

Absolutely shocking service provided by the gym. A good friend of mine had his expensive watch stolen and refused to share cctv footage with the police until their system automatically wipes it off their system (quite convenient for them)! Imagine paying that much a month for the membership and not feeling safe and protected by the gym.
Certainly do not recommend until we see an outcome with my friends situation!!!

A gym's true character is revealed not by its equipment or wait times but by its response to a crisis. At ThirdSpace, my brother experienced a profound disappointment after his valuable watch was stolen from the changing rooms.

The operations manager, seemed more concerned with the condition of the locker than with addressing the theft, suggesting my brother simply "get changed and go home." This response was not only dismissive but also lacked any sense of urgency or care.

My brother, visibly distressed, waited in the reception area, yet no one from the staff offered even a basic courtesy like a glass of water, demonstrating a clear lack of duty of care.

The handling of CCTV footage was particularly egregious. General manager and operations manager reviewed the footage, which could have been crucial evidence as we knew the exact time of the theft. Despite repeated requests from Detective Sergeant and Detective Constable over the following weeks, Third Space failed to provide the footage to the police, and subsequently, the footage was deleted.

When attempting to follow up, we encountered an unhelpful attitude from the concierge staff, with the concierge manager even raising their voice, saying, "I DO NOT WANT TO ESCALATE THIS ANY FURTHER," which was both unprofessional and intimidating.

Third Space's actions post-theft suggest a priority to protect their image rather than support their members or assist in a criminal investigation. This experience has left us feeling neglected and disregarded by a facility where we expected security and professionalism.

This incident has fundamentally changed our perception of Third Space, from a luxury fitness brand to one that appears more concerned with covering up thefts.

The app is not working for a week now so that you cannot see the schedule and book a class. When you call them to book they say "unfortunately we cannot currently book but you can just show up". For a 215 gbp single club access this is absolutely unacceptable.
At least offer a temporary solution for people to see the schedule and ideally also book!

Friendly and helpful concierge and other staff, clean facilities, variety of classes and good availability with great instructors.

I LOVE Third Space in Moorgate! I tell everyone to sign up. The classes (HIIT, spin and mind body studio) are fantastic and the instructors are friendly and engaging. The changing rooms are so clean, it smells amazing and the Cow Shed products are lovely. Highly recommend

Always an elevated experience, with enough space across each of the floors for you to work out at any time of day.
So many classes on offer throughout the week to suit anyone’s schedule.
Team throughout the club are so welcoming whenever I visit.

Amazing facilities, The nicest and most accommodative staff and the best trainers- thoroughly enjoy every session and have recommended it to tonnes of friends.

Classes with Ellie and Laura are a treat too ☺️
