Great product, great price and great service. Knowledgable and friendly staff.

I purchased my TV through Richer Sounds website and arranged collection at my local store in Watford. They helped me carry the TV into my car and let me know when my TV was ready for collection.
The services was fast, efficient and friendly. I would by through Richer Sounds again.

Excellent service from the staff, a very good knowledge of the product I wanted, delivery was excellent on time and put into the required room. In all, Richer Sounds is the one I would always use for television and other equipment.

Deeply Disappointed
I wanted to make my next purchase from richer sounds based on there good reviews for customer focused service which I did a TV and was happy with the initial purchase and service .
After setting up the TV I have an issue where I cannot access the features that I wanted from my television which I discussed with the salesman at the time of purchase and went back to the shop so I can discuss my issues with the TV and just got talked at like I didn't know what I was doing
They did offer me an exchange for a new one if I wanted no questions asked to be fair but what I wanted was more time and help to maybe try and understand what I was doing wrong possibly, although I said Five or Six times that I was doing what the sales guy was demonstrating but the TV wasn't doing that.
Then when I enquired about buying a Sonos smart speaker and I was told that it would not access certain features from Alexa I asked about
When I had checked before hand it says on the Sonos website that most features of Alexa are compatible , there was No advice to maybe try this speaker or that one instead , I felt like he just wanted me out of the shop probably because of my previous enquiry

So I won't be spending anymore money in Richer Sounds which is a shame as I was hoping to find some proper customer service and product advice which is sadly lacking these days on the high street and I still have an issue with my TV which will have to try and solve on my own

I recently purchased an LG 65" TV from Richer Sounds, and while the product itself is fantastic, the delivery experience was honestly one of the most frustrating I've had.

What should have been a straightforward two-day delivery turned into a painful two-week ordeal. The delivery is outsourced to a third-party company, and it showed. On the first attempt, they actually delivered the wrong TV entirely — not even the right model. When I finally got it rescheduled, the delivery executives were rude and dismissive, which made the whole experience even more unpleasant.

I want to be fair to the Richer Sounds staff in-store and on the phone — they were genuinely helpful and clearly wanted to sort things out for me. The problem is they seemed to have very little control over the delivery side of things, which is a real shame because it completely undermined what is otherwise a great retail experience.

The TV itself is brilliant and I'm happy with the purchase, but Richer Sounds really need to get a grip on their delivery logistics. When your reputation is built on excellent customer service, handing that final mile over to a company that delivers wrong products and treats customers poorly is a serious weak link.

Buying from Richer Sounds is always a great experience. The staff are knowledgeable and helpful helping the customer make the right buying decision.

Richer Sounds legendary "Beat the lowest of the low" price was called to book. And I got that and more as I am already registered as a V.I.P member on their customer lists. And the sales staff especially Heather was brilliant - discussed the option of purchasing a TV stand and was recommended a steel rising and swivelling stand. Got that with additional discounts. The shopping experience was brilliant. Much much better than the National brand of stores that has cornered the UK market for selling audio visual equipment.

Although Richer Sounds have a reduced opening hours, the store is always responsive when your reach out by email or phone without fail for the initial engagement and throughout.

When and if you have a problem, they put the customer first and rectify the issue without question and maintain the customer experience and commitment without fail far beyond expectation. This is what earns them customer loyalty over decades and decades. The great level of service is seen whether in Watford, Cardiff, or Bristol branches. They have always been helpful and treated me with care.

Goto Richer Sounds and be looked after by their knowledgable staff.

Had an issue where the box was damaged on delivery, which I couldn’t check inside as I was held up. But local Watford store was quick to get back to me and reassure me if I had any issues they will deal with it.

Also the delivery company was good in that they called me to let me know the packaging was damage.

Went to the Watford store to discuss what specification of amplifier I needed. Thorough detail provided by the staff.
Ordered an amplifier online a few weeks later.
Arrived on time, easy set up, sounds good.
