Out of the world music quality. Excellent arrangement done by Richer Sounds Romford staff in arranging a demo. I went there with a playlist of over 30 songs. They were patient enough to let me listen to my teat songs for over 45 minutes after I finally selected.

Team were great and helped guide to towards a TV that was never on my radar l, was better priced and had better specs. Specifically chose to come here over Currys or John Lewis for the customer service and the product knowledge, and am very happy I did.

Great service and knowledge
Was looking for a 65” tv with many options. Graham was excellent and extremely knowledgeable on the different options. He explained all the pros and cons and we ended up with the product that was exactly right for me and the environment it sits in. Will always go to Richer for anything I need in future. Thank you

Richer Sounds supplied a Mitchell & Brown TV with a Humax Recorder. Having spent some frustrating hours trying to set the system up I gave up and ask Humax for help. This is part of their reply “...return this box to the retail shop for refund due to incompatibility.”
Richer Sounds accepted this published proof and will be replacing the TV with a Sony.
I went to Richer Sounds as “experts” so I am not at all impressed! No, they did not offer to set up the replaced system for me!

I was genuinely sorry to read of the troubles you have had with your system. In general, Freeview boxes and TVs are designed to work together universally via the HDMI standard, so it's not what we would expect for a combination like this to cause issues.
Whilst I'm sure the the store colleagues were trying to resolve what appears a complex problem by simply agreeing to replace the TV, I appreciate how the e-mail you received from the supplier has caused consternation and will investigate with them.
In the meantime, either myself or a senior team member will be in touch to ensure the matter is resolved to your complete satisfaction. Hopefully you can see from the 98% of overwhelmingly positive reviews on Trustpilot that these problems are rare, and I'm sorry that things went wrong for whatever reason on this occasion.

I had a great experience as the staff were knowledgeable and honest.
I went in wanting advice on a new TV and walked out with a great TV and a truly awesome soundbar, which I took on the sellers recommendation.
They even helped me put the items in my car. Very friendly and very helpful.

What would make you happy?
There were some problems with my purchase but staff did try their best to solve them and they were friendly and helpful at all times. It too a while but their response of “what would make you happy?” Was what I as a customer would always want to hear.

Outstanding company
Saw an LG soundbar on a discount elsewhere, phoned Richersounds Romford and Steve the manager beat the price by a tenner.
Cant fault the service, brilliant company who still follow the ethos of their founder.
