Jason was brilliant he set up all the speakers I wanted to listen to and gave me all the advise I needed even though I just turned up on spec at a busy time. Bought a Marantz Melody and Monitor Audio Silver 50 speakers at a very good price, will shop at the Preston shop again whenever needing anything in the future.

Fantastic Shopping Experience
Had my eye on a Pink Floyd cassette player, had to phone to order. Fortunately, they had a few on pre-order, and Matt, from Preston branch, made sure I received one. Arrived even faster than I expected, and it is fab! Had a good chat with Matt whilst ordering, a very friendly, helpful chap.Not surprised folk keep going back to shop at Richer Sounds...such good service.

They just pip the competition to the post
I've had to think long and hard about my latest purchase, my oldest purchase goes back to 1995, customer service has always been my priority, something that the warranty and staff professionalism has always encouraged repeat purchases.
Over the last few years Mr Richer has stepped back and things have notably changed, warranty t&C's and legal letters to YouTubers who were just stating facts are some examples.
They just pip the competition at the moment.
Staff serviceand delivery are still excellent.

It’s true that Julian has stepped back from the day to day running of the business, however he’ll always be the founder of Richer Sounds and the principles of second to none customer service that the company was built on remain at our core, especially as we build on the employee ownership model which we’ve adopted, and work to ensure our long term growth. Whilst things like policy changes can happen naturally over time, and as always when doing business there can be challenging issues to face, we’ll always treat our customers fairly and try our best to continually do the right thing.
