Richer Sounds - Nottingham Anmeldelser

Excellent service and knowledge

They have a shop that you can actually visit with parking. The staff are very knowledgable and go out of their way to help. We had a previous TV ftom them 8 years ago.

Long guarantee 6 years

Will always get my TVs there and recommend to others

I am 81 and needed navigating through all this modern tech on tv. I knew I needed a 43” & a central stand so Rob in Nottingham helped me find one.
It was delivered in 3 days and my nephew helped me set it up.
I felt looked after and not rushed so would go back again and recommend the shop in Nottingham.

Excellent service and advice given by Joe. Product was delivered to my home the next day. Would highly recommend Richer Sounds Nottingham

Professional service from start to finish - our initial brief was explored and honed by incredibly knowledgable in-store staff at Nottingham, followed by an in depth listening session in their experience booth.
Equipment delivered promptly and set up with precision by Ben who we dealt with from the initial specification through to listening to our system, fully installed in our own dedicated music room at home.
Would highly recommend ... Richer Sounds Nottingham were genuinely interested in our project, were proactive in their product research and recommendations, listened to our opinions and adjusted the specification accordingly to find us an even more perfect hi-fi system.
Cannot speak highly enough of the whole process ... massive thanks chaps !

Very friendly and knowledgeable
staff in Nottingham branch

Very helpful and knowledgeable staff. Gave us a charity discount which was very much appreciated.

Everyone at Richer Sounds is so friendly, normal, helpful - it’s a really good shopping experience, even on the phone. They know their stuff! Received a surprise pack of cables too which was very welcome, really makes a difference. Thanks Richer Sounds - I wouldn’t go elsewhere now. Prices are good too - I got a real bargain on my new Denon Hi-Fi!

Whatever you spend there, £50 or£5000, you get same care by the staff. Very friendly, always have a few nice words to you.Small shop, but plenty of options.

Absolutely brilliant! Will never buy from anywhere else.

What can i say been going to Richer sounds for years and never been disappointed. had amplifiers mainly Arcam, acoustic energy ae1s, denon mini systems, Lg oled tv, now a streamer. Always been the right price, always staff who are helpful and will be going to them again soon.

Thanks to the team in Nottingham for your advice helping us by a record player and speakers for our sons 18th. He’s absolutely delighted with the end result (our neighbours less so!)

Very helpful and knowledgeable team at the Nottingham branch. Rob was a great help. All e mail enqs answered promptly. More than happy with gear.

Ultimately you were not able to provide what I had ordered. However you promptly repaid my money which was greatly appreciated.

Informative guy in the shop who explained to me what turntable is required with my denon system. Turntable delivered next day on a Saturday afternoon with a 1 hour slot, great service all round
