Have always purchased my TV's from richer sounds great prices and good guarantees after sales excellent

Needed a TV for a new space. The time and energy along with knowledge i was afforded was exceptional. Perfect customer service.

I rang up the Manchester store to check stock prior to ordering the item, and the person I spoke to was very helpful and efficient. The item was available to collect at the store the next day as promised. I am very happy with the product and the service I received.

The experience these guys have is second to none. Bought a turntable and Sonos port and had some earth noise issues. Quick visit to the shop again and problem solved. You simply cannot beat face to face service and these guys nailed it. Well done, I’ll be back for sure

Absolutely fantastic purchasing experience from start to finish. Sam (manager of Deansgate Manchester store) really gave us the guidance we needed in purchasing our first hi-fi system. He was clearly fanatical about audio systems himself and extremely knowledgeable on technical details of different equipment designs and their relative benefits and drawbacks. He arranged two demonstrations, one with a set of speakers he had brought in to the shop specially for us based on our requirements so we could hear them. He also helped us to get the best deals possible through Richer Sounds on the equipment we were interested in post demonstration. Can't recommend that store enough.

I had already done my homework on what I needed from my television - but once I had gone into the Manchester Deansgate store, the staff were absolutely on it in relation to the model I wanted, how quickly they could get it to me, the cost involved, guarantees and everything else. They are absolutely one of the “go to” specialist stores for advice on TV/audio. True to say not always the cheapest but pretty well bang on the money for that also but definitely informed staff! Well done.
