Richer Sounds - Cardiff Anmeldelser

Jonathan at the Cardiff branch was really helpful. He took the time to understand what I wanted and presented all options with no pressure for me to decide.

Went in to your Cardiff branch . Had a great experience. Both staff members where excellent knowledgeable & guided me to a fantastic system..happy will definitely be coming back

having a slight problem with the set-up

The team in Richer Sounds Cardiff spent a lot of time with us, helping us select a stereo system that met (and in some ways exceeded) our needs. The added value they bring always makes shopping with them such a positive experience. Thanks.

I had excellent service from Dan at the Cardiff branch and the rest of the team. Dan was incredibly patient with me, and I’m now enjoying my new Dali speakers and Wiim system at home. Highly recommend!

Great advice and service..will be back many times.

Great communication with Dan.

The product was a returned/damaged item and this was extensively described and photo'd. Product was exactly as described. Worked perfectly.

Very prompt delivery

Fantastic service - price match and support on the phone from my local store. Great work Richer Sounds!

Great service from the staff of the Richer Sounds shop in Cardiff. We were looking for a new larger TV, and we received excellent advice, and so made the right choice for us. The only minor inconvenience was related to the brackets, in that one bracket was not placed on the delivery order, and it turned out that it was the incorrect one in any event. However, these are v small gripes, and the staff at the shop were excellent. Informed, personable and hugely helpful.

Bought a Targa Harmony 1000CD from the Cardiff store on the 9th March 2026. Submitted a review for that sale; not very complimentary I'm afraid. Anyway the CD player started giving problem so I rang the store (Cardiff) and explained the problem. I was asked to bring the Targa to the store if it was convenient for me to do so. I did that and spoke to Mike who offered a full refund or exchange for new one. I opted for a refund which was duly given. My wife spotted a Targa 1000CD on a shelf and asked if that was the one we had heard demonstrated a few weeks ago. Yes it was. Mike offered a reduced price on this unit which we accepted and took it home. Very happy now. Thanks Mike, you've restored my faith in Richer Sounds.

Over the years I have found the experience and knowledge of the staff to be a massive credit to your company. I don't often find people who are bigger 'geeks' than me!!

Exlent friendly staff 5star plus thanks. David webb

Always give me an honest opinion, not trying to sell me the most expensive thing. Knowledge of staff is everything.

Fabulous service from richer sounds with the purchase of some replacement speakers as my old B&W 600s had been attacked by the dog and we’re past repair unfortunately but replacing them with a pair of the 700s seemed logical to me as I like their sound. Easy job ordering online and came within two days in fab condition and no problems at all. The price was amazing and I have no complaints at all. Great job guys.

I enjoyed the experience with the staff as they were very pleasant

I spoke with Aaron from Cardiff branch and have emailed this separately.
Thank you for taking time to discuss my projector replacement last Thursday 5th March. It was a tough decision to replace our old Optoma projector, establishing I required, price and specifications. Finally deciding on Optoma UHZ35, I'm so pleased with this product.

The picture is awesome and will hopefully provide many happy hours of viewing entertainment.

Prices are competative and a great choice of products along with good information on products. Great support in helping me by answering questions on the product i choose within minutes. Highly recomende.

Great service from Dan who price matched an excellent deal on a LG 55" C5 TV. Pleasure to deal with.
Delivery faster than expected.

We felt confident we would get sensible advice without pressure to spend more than we wanted.
We had to call back with a problem and again received useful advice. Very happy with Richer Sounds.

Andi dealt with us & he was absolutely brilliant. Very knowledgable & friendly, pleasure to deal with.
