Always an excellent service from Richer Sounds from buying small items to an 85 inch tv which I have just had installed . I Always feel they treat customers in a personal friendly way and James who wall mounted my tv was from start to finish was fantastic

Great customer service, simple order process and item arrived quickly at the store for collection - and to top it off, was a great price - why would you want to shop anywhere else for a new TV?? The staff here are personal, and understand the products they sell.

I requested a demonstration of a new amplifier and CD player and was pleased to find that it was all set up ready to go when I arrived.
I was impressed by the dedicated room for listening to the equipment. I was given as much time as I needed and never felt pressured to make a decision. I ended up purchasing both pieces of equipment and am very happy with them.
Special mention to Noah who was very helpful and informative.

From one phone call to check stock of item which wasnt in store staff organised a delivery which i recieved within 24 hrs also at a discounted price . Quality products , very helpful staff , very good prices

I purchased a pair of Argon Audio Fenris A4 Bluetooth speakers. The staff were very friendly and attentive but not overbearing.
I needed advice on which speakers to listen to within my price range. I settled on the Argon speakers after comparing them with others in the store.
I am very happy with the clarify and range of the speakers paired with my Sony record deck.

I bought a TV from the Richer Sounds store on Whiteladies Road.
As soon as you walk in and have your first interaction with a member of staff, you immediately notice the difference in friendliness and that personal touch compared to your “Curry’s”.
I’m also convinced that they won’t be beaten on price.
I was really disappointed when I arrived home to unbox the TV to see a crack in the corner.
I rang them up on the following day to explain the situation but they couldn’t have been more eager to make things right.
I had several phone conversations with Mark and Joe about ordering a new TV because the one that I originally bought was out of stock.
I finally settled on another one which will come to no surprise was also very reasonably priced.
They were able to swap the TV’s over, I was able to return a bracket because my old one fit the new TV, and they even knocked £20 off the total price as a gesture of good will.
I could not recommend this store enough.
Friendly, knowledgeable, efficient and incredibly well priced.
I will be a returning customer who will definitely be recommending!

Great, Friendly, HONEST information, bought new TV in Bristol, they didn't have the free soundbar offered for the Easter deal, but Cardiff did, they reserved it there and was picked up promptly. Another outstanding service by Richer sounds, and there price undercut Curry's by £200 with a free soundbar. Can't grumble at that. WELL DONE Richer sounds keep doing what your doing.

Unfortunately the Samsung we wanted was not in stock.

I bought in store a pair of Sennheiser accentumn headphones, not really knowing much between the many different brands. When I got home I checked and found out that there was a slightly better spec, the sennheiser plus. So bought these on line. I was able to click and collect this later purchase and get a refund on the first pair. Easy peasy and hassle free. The service I had from Joe in the Bristol White ladies Road was excellent. I'm very happy with the purchase and highly recommend Richer Sounds. Thanks!

Richer Sounds of Whiteladies Road are a pleasure to visit. And they sell the best audio and visual equipment. We need more shops like this.
