I was given a call the next day to say my order was ready so I went and collected it.

I wanted to update my hifi, so choose Richer sounds Bristol. I went for a package deal, but they didn't have the amp there. It was ordered and came Monday, but I wasn't able to pick up until Saturday. I went on Saturday and as soon as I walked in the sales assistant recognised me and got my equipment and took it out to my car. Very good service and very polite. Richer Sounds is my go to place for buying TV and HiFi I’ve been using them since they opened their first tiny store in Bristol. You get expert advice on the product you are looking for and the best prices too. I wouldn’t shop anywhere else for TV and Hifi as you always get the best deals and service.

I ordered two JBL products online and collected them from Richer Sounds in Bristol. The whole process was simple, smooth and professional from start to finish.
