I found the team at the Boscombe branch to be very knowledgeable as well being approachable.
They were able to let me listen to various speakers so I could make the best choice.
I ended up with a perfect solution and a pair of excellent speakers of not only high quality but also good value for money.

Mainly being able to go to the store rather than ordering online and being unsure about care of delivery. Staff who made the effort to check whether the product was in stock while we were in the shop, then a follow up once it had been despatched from the producers. Then received a phone call once the item arrived in store and ready for collection.

Great website with easy ordering. I opted to have my purchase delivered to store. Delivery was made within 3 days, I was advised of progress regularly and collection from the Bournemouth store was quick & efficient.

It's just the shop to go to locally. The service is knowledgeable and second to none. We knew the Ruark product we wanted would be stocked and that it also came with a 6 year guarantee.

I have had a great experience at your store whilst buying my tv. The gentleman was very polite and helpful. He explained everything well, applied the existent offer to the purchase and recommended the company who came later to install our tv. They also did a great job. Very nice people.
I have to say that Richer Sound has given much better experience in comparison to Curries where we bought things in the past.

I spoke to two different members of staff from the Boscombe store regarding small bedroom smart projectors, the first member was very knowledgeable and helped guide me to a product better suited to my situation, I called back the next day and the second person I spoke to was very competent and helpful, overall I am very happy with the service I received and am glad I went with their product recommendation

Ordered WiiM pro plus via Paul. Very efficient, great price, arrived as promised, nice follow up phone call as well.

The experienced staff went out of their way to help us with a connection issue and also followed up with a phone call to check we were ok with their solution. Excellent service.
