Richer Sounds - Bath Anmeldelser

Been so helpful from the start and give me all the questions I needed to know

The guys in the Bath store are very polite and real experts. I had a problem setting up my new Onkyo amplifier. A phone call got me on the right track.

Friendly staff, advice was helpful and honest. Really pleased with my purchase.

Good service and price.

The staff in the Bath branch were very knowledgeable, helpful and their approach was utterly professional.
They answered all my questions with patience and it was just a pleasure to deal with them.
Thoroughly recommended.

The agent I spoke to was very helpful and the items were speedily dispatched. They are exactly what I needed. Also good value for money.

I always use Richer Sounds for my electrical entertainment items because I have such great service. The staff are helpful and patient even though I have, thanks to my technological inadequacy, had to call them several times when setting up equipment. They also have plenty of choice and good, competitive prices.

Sean was so helpful throughout our visit. He clearly really knows his stuff and gave us great advice on what to buy. Follow up has also been first class. Highly recommend Richer Sounds and Sean (although the whole team there seemed on the ball also).

The price was right, the tv quality picture and sound great and the small 48 in screen size suits our viewing situation perfectly. Exceptional staff at sales team , friendly and efficient .

Hayden took the time to listen to what we wanted and answered all the questions we had.
The TV was ready when he said it would be & collection was very straight forward.
Thanks

Excellent customer service, friendly, knowledgeable staff. Not pushy, want you to have the system that fits your needs.

Great website, easy to use, always has enticing offers, knowledgeable salespeople in store.

Helpfull friendly staff, less costly refurbished option offered rather than pushing full price item.

Speedy delivery and good tracking comms. Easy pick-up - and got the product i was after

Very helpful and knowledgable staff. I found what I exactly needed and wasn't persuaded to buy something else just because it was more expensive.

Richer Sounds Bath, pull it out of the bag again. Although all communications were via email, Tom could not have provided a more friendly, professional and informed service, which went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations. Every interaction I have had with the Bath store has been first class, great service, great prices, with a 6 year warranty, what's not to like?

No problems. Smooth and simple

Clear guidance. Stuck to price quoted. All good

We purchased a TV at a very competitive price. All the emails were helpful and explanatory. I spoke to Sean over the phone reference collection and he was very helpful. My husband picked up the TV with no problems whatsoever.
