The guys had a problem with the ramp, but still worked hard to get my MOT through, even though they were pushed hard with workload. Great customer service

Dropped off my car 2/8 only to be told the parts needed hadn't been delivered for the service. If they weren't there by 12.30 the service couldn't be done and I'd be rescheduled. I booked on 29/7 so not sure why the parts weren't ordered and waiting. Thankfully the parts were delivered and the service carried out as planned.

Following my previous review where I…
Following my previous review where I had a problem after a new oxygen sensor was fitted and subsequent problem, l have now been contacted by Protyre’s area manager to follow up my original problem. It was good that Protyre actually read my review and actually followed it up and made contact with me. Reassuring that writing these reviews are worth it and in this case Protyre’s customer after care service actually works.

Was put into Protyre by a friend who…
Was put into Protyre by a friend who recommended them and I'm glad she did. Went on the website, found the service I wanted, booked and paid for. Took the car to the garage, dead on 9.30am my allotted time the car was in he ramp. The Team were very professional and friendly with the waiting area, clean and tidy. 40 minutes later I was driving home, car sorted. I am now looking to book my car in for it's MOT.

Everything was so easy
Everything was so easy, from booking and paying online to the day of my service and MOT. The staff at the garage were great, really helpful. I would absolutely recommend and use them again

Great experience at Protyre Corby
Great experience at Protyre Corby. The lads were really friendly and helpful. Had my aircon regassed and had 2 new tyres fitted. Work was done quickly and efficiently.

Excellent all round service
Excellent all round service! Kept me constantly up to date and after a failed mot they carried out all work that needed to be done, super quick. Will be using regularly from now on .
