Ease of order to fitting of tyres

Service was good could’ve been a bit more friendlier. I know they do dare to do a job but it doesn’t hurt to be nice.

My car was booked in for a service on this day.
That all went well. Except that I was told I had a coolant leak. The manager was very accommodating and managed to get the part and fit it later that day.
I paid £306.00 only to drive around corner home and my car was still leaking fluid hence more than was before. I took it back next day. Only for technician to say we are backed up today I try and look at it end of day. So my Saturday was ruined as planned to go out for the day. Eventually just before closing I got call saying it was ready. To be told the hose had not been tightened up correctly. Which then I was told they had tightened it up put extra clips on. Taken up to temperature and test drove around the corner. So all that should have been done previous day and to let me drive home in my car with a hose that was not tightened or connected properly. To say the least I’m not very happy. This particular branch has made me feel uneasy about trusting them again.

Efficient service and a pleasant seating area. Free hot drinks a nice touch. Reasonably priced and approachable staff. Always pleased with the service.

Really helpful team working with Chris who agreed, priced the work, booked my car in and pretty much completed the work to the minute.
I appreciated the transparency, advice and quality of workmanship, a rarer commodity nowadays.

Prompt efficient service

Ok but under inflated the new tyre. TPMS light stayed on and the new tyre was 5 PSI less than the rest. Luckily I have a compressor at home.
Not something that should be missed....

This place doesn't even deserve a 1 star as it is a bloody joke of a place they are all scammers they quoted us £765 to service our car told us we needed gas for our air con which was a lie,needed coolant it was dry as a bone lies again they told us we needed new breaks all lies needed none of this just needed air pump change oil filter and new oil in total it cost us £300.20 and we got it done by professionals people and not cowboys who scam you this place is a bloody joke, avoid this place they try and make this wrong with your car when there isn't they say to leave your details with them in an email but they never get back to you not ever yes I'm taking this further and trying to get this place shut down for good

good customer service and brilliant knowledge

I have used the shop in Beccles for many years and they have always been very helpful. Unfortunately, this week I needed two tyres and had two malfunctioning pressure sensors. I decided to change all four sensors and get four new tyres. I was quoted £120 per sensor as they needed programming plus the cost of premium tyres. I was also advised to get the tracking checked so, in all it would have cost over £1000.
My local garage was able to sort it all for £720. The sensors did not need programming and the Ford OE ones less than half the price, the tracking was fine and the premium Dunlop. tyres much cheaper. I could have been ripped off and was shocked I was not offered any ‘deal’. I will not be returning.

Have been using protyre a lot of the last couple of years for both our cars and the service has been very good. Staff are attentative and polite. Work is completed effeciently and in line with expectations. Have only disputed on recent bill however this resolved in an amicable manner. Will continue to use and recommend to other

On a visit my daughter got a nail pierce one of her car tyres the day before she was returning home. Fortunately "Protyre Autocare - Beccles" could fit the car in for repair a few hours later. It was quickly repaired and all administration was dealt with efficiently.

As I was unavailableto collect my car my Wife did so.
Your staff were very kind to her explaining what had been done, and most important the price was very reasonable. An important factor in these times

The staff at Beccles were excellent. What I did not like was that the Tyres I wanted were unavailable and that the alternative did not qualify for the advertised “on line “ price.

Your company in Beccles has the absolute worst reputation as I found out when I posted my experience last week online - nearly 150 sharing their same bad experience!!! Sadly I only found out after having an MoT done which was refused with 8 major & 6 advisories! Told I shouldn't even drive it home (a lie as non of his faults were classified dangerous) All nonsense - 2nd and 3rd opinions and the next day a pass with 3 advisories only one of which matched up with your tester. He saw an old car and an older couple and thought we were vulnerable - WE ARE NOT our car is regularly serviced by our Dealership in Norwich and we are still sharp and not easily fooled! This has shamed your company brand here. If it were my business I would clear it out. I will be making a report to Trading Standards - it will be worth losing the £50 he took if it gets shut down and prevents others being ripped off too.

I have raised a complaint with Protyres head office regarding the Beccles branch. I won't outline the details until my complaint has been thoroughly investigated by Protyres. When a resolution has been reached I will edit and update this review with the details of the incident and the investigation.

Unexpected flat tyre on a Saturday morning, Green Flag located Protyre and they were able to find the correct trye and fit it in a short time. Excellent service.

Did the mot on time and phoned when it was ready. Have a full recommendation what needed to be done soon.
