Very helpful and knowledgeable, without any suggestions of boasting about their product, which you get a lot in hifi dealership world. You always feel their goal is to make the customer journey a satisfying and informed experience with goals met or exceeded.
First visit overcame my reserve about ordering online for hifi with any confusion on my own part resolved and a seamless delivery, so I came back again when the need presented. I see them now as my trusted reference who may just throw up exactly what I was looking for.

Bought some Mission Acoustic speakers from Peter Tyson and they came with free speaker cable with Banana plugs. I tried for fit these to the speakers and my amp but they were very tight so sought advice from the customer services team. They asked for a few pic of the equipment and then advised on how they should be fitted. A bit of physical effort and soon I was up and running. Thanks guys for the help.

I bought a Topping DX5 II from Peter Tyson. Finding the product online was a breeze, and there were various options (new/refurbished/ex-display), so I was able to purchase at a price that was affordable for me.
The update process, and parcel tracking worked well so I was able to be at home to receiver the delivery. Delivery was done with care.
Will recommended trying them if you need audio equipment.

I recently purchased the WiiM Amp Ultra and KEF Q1 Meta speakers from Peter Tyson. There was a bundle deal offering a good discount — easily the best offer I had seen online or in-store for this setup. They were also offering a trade-in for the Klipsch speakers I was replacing, and the trade-in value was very good, so I decided to go for it.

What can I say other than Peter Tyson just gets customer service right!

From my initial email right through to delivery, their communication was exceptional. They kept me informed every step of the way.

In fact, the day after I placed my order, they spotted an error on their website. The speakers had been advertised as being available for delivery in early August, when the actual lead time was October. As soon as they realised the mistake, they contacted me, apologised, and offered me a free upgrade to the more powerful and more expensive KEF Q3 Meta speakers. Which I happily accepted of course

Yes, there are plenty of other retailers, and you might even save a few pounds elsewhere in some instances. But for me, great customer service, communication and actually caring about the customer are worth far more than saving a few quid.

Ordered an appliance from Peter Tyson due to their competitive prices and also being a local business. Had some issues where I was let down by the courier. Emailed the service department and within a couple of hours I received a phone call and was compensated and had the issues resolved. I spoke to two different gentleman on my issues and both were fantastic. Great to see customer service like this still exists. I’ll definitely be back.
