Having engaged with Ocean in Portishead due to selling our house in South Gloucestershire, Mark found us a property very quickly that we fell in love with from the very first viewing. Due to a number of problems selling our property over a number of months the sell probably took longer than it should, but Mark and especially Demi, kept the vendor of our onward purchase well informed and thankfully they waited patiently for our sale to go through therefore allowing us to complete, which in all took approximately 10mths.
