We started our journey buying our first property in January with a different estate agent. After 3 months of wasted time, false promises, and questionable practices, we ended up finding a property with Ocean. They were a night and day difference in their approach. Laid-back and honest viewings, amazing communication, and very efficient processes in place, we felt looked after throughout. A special shout-out to Seamus, who led the first stage of viewings and kept in contact throughout, and Emily, our moving manager, for guiding us through to the end. Massive thank you to the team, couldn’t ask for anything more.

Ocean were good but we stipulated a few times that we wanted all pots and rubbish removed from the property we were purchasing. However everything was left for us to get rid of (another expense). Surely this should be checked out
