Passmore was highly recommended by a friend. We wanted to replace our bath with a walk in shower. Passmore sent a representative who showed us what was possible. There was no pressure and we could choose what ever solution we were happy with . We were incorraged to visit the local show room to view the products that we had chosen. The fitter was first-class ,and gave us just what we wanted.

A wonderful experience
Dave and the rest of the team involved were excellent from the word go, nothing was to much trouble all the work was completed as planned every day and the final outcome was exceptional.I would also like to thank Dave again for the help he gave when I had a medical episode, and with everything done to the highest standard I would recommend both Dave and more bathrooms highly.

Great teamwork from Passmore.
The workers were all lovely chaps, polite, friendly, and kept me advised of what was going on along the way, and what was happening next! They all had their own roles, and got stuck in. We had a few laughs too.
The bath was removed very quickly, and then a lot seemed to happen at once. It was a good experience for me.

We have been very impressed by every aspect of this company.
We have been very impressed by Passmore’s from our initial contact right through to completion of the wet room. Every member of staff has been knowledgeable, helpful and pleasant. The fitters were extremely careful and took pride in their work, cleaning up at the end of each day which minimised the mess and disruption for us. Nigel, the designer, was clearly extremely experienced which gave us confidence that all would go smoothly, and it did! We appreciated the strong commitment to clear and helpful communication and consultation at each point in the process. We are likely to return to the group for future projects.

From the initial showroom and home visits through to installation and sign off, we cannot praise this company highly enough. At every point of contact, staff provided a level of service, professionalism and care in the job that rarely exists in current times. Excellent service from the Passmore…
Excellent service from the Passmore Group. Everyone involved from the surveyor to the floor fitter, decorator etc was really friendly, there were no awkward moments. Martin and Roman did a really good job and were extremely polite and professional. Martin went above and beyond and helped me out with things that were not part of his job. As did James (the elecrician). I have a daughter and she was comfortable with everyone The only thing that could be improved upon is communication within the company, but it did not impact the work in any way which has been completed to a high standard. Would use this company again and would highly reccomend.

From start to finish, our service was second to none. Professional, skilled, patient and friendly. Everyone we dealt with sought to ensure everything went smoothly and any issues were quickly dealt with, and the bathroom is beautiful and fully accessible , as promised.

Very pleased with our new wet room
We are very pleased with our new wet room which has been much admired. We are very grateful to the whole team for making this happen so efficiently. In particular, Damian, our fitter, was excellent. At all times he worked hard and skilfully and was also very considerate to us and our circumstances.
